Excellent service by Manager Roger, crew member Terry and the staff of Embu restaurant. Thank you the special attention & kind gesture to prepare separate mains and desserts for my son with food allergies. We were surprised that the restaurant staff were so well versed and understand towards our situation. Eternally grateful for the wonderful dining experience tonight.

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful stay (September 2026) at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, where we celebrated my 50th birthday. We stayed in Room 1837, a beautiful Sea View Suite, and I can honestly say that our entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our suite was absolutely stunning, the housekeeping immaculate, and the attention to detail throughout the property was everything you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. However, the true jewel in the crown of the Mandarin Oriental Singapore is undoubtedly HAUS 65, and more importantly, the extraordinary people who work there. We are fortunate to travel extensively around the world and have stayed at many luxury hotels, enjoying countless executive lounges, club lounges and premium airline lounges along the way. We have experienced some truly exceptional hospitality over the years, so I do not say this lightly: HAUS 65 is, without question, the finest lounge experience we have ever had. Bar None. The lounge itself is beautiful, an incredibly peaceful and welcoming haven to retreat to after a busy day exploring Singapore. The food offerings are exceptional, the quality and selection of wines outstanding, and the free-flowing champagne until 7pm is a wonderful touch. Everything is beautifully presented, thoughtfully considered and of the highest standard. But beautiful surroundings, excellent food and premium champagne can be found at many luxury hotels. What truly sets HAUS 65 apart is its people. I particularly want to recognise four exceptional individuals: Marie, Jaya, Albert and Sera. These four wonderful people transformed what would already have been an excellent hotel stay into something genuinely unforgettable. Marie and Jaya were there every day during our visit, and we also had the pleasure of being looked after by Albert and Sera. Their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness and genuine desire to make us feel special were simply extraordinary. Within such a short time, they remembered our favourite drinks, our preferences and all the little things that made us feel so incredibly welcome. Each morning, almost as soon as we sat down, they already knew what we would like. They would check that everything was perfect with our suite, ask about our day and anticipate our needs before we even thought to ask. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Yet what impressed us most was how natural and effortless their hospitality felt. They genuinely cared about us and made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family returning to a place where we belonged. That level of personalised service is incredibly rare, even among the world's finest luxury hotels. We did try the buffet breakfast downstairs on one occasion, which was lovely, and the hotel staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and professional. However, nothing could compare with the warmth, intimacy and extraordinary service we experienced in HAUS 65. I genuinely cannot imagine staying at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore without HAUS 65 access. For anyone considering it, I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is worth every cent, not simply for the food, drinks or beautiful surroundings, but for the exceptional people who make the experience what it is. We would return in a heartbeat. In fact, I cannot imagine choosing anywhere else for our future visits to Singapore. Thank you, Marie, Jaya, Albert and Sera, for making my milestone birthday celebration so incredibly memorable. You are the reason our stay was truly extraordinary, and we look forward to seeing you all again. Mandarin Oriental Singapore, you have absolutely won us over!

Food was great and the seafood were fresh! Highlight of the night for me was definitely the beef, it melts in your mouth! Will definitely come back again :)

Really enjoyed our stay here! ❤️ The service was definitely one of the highlights — the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt very well taken care of. The food was also really good! We genuinely enjoyed the meals and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Overall, we had such a lovely experience and would definitely come back again.
