Krásný, praktický pokoj se vším, co si jen můžete představit. Hotelový servis na nejvyšší úrovni. Postele příjemné, vybavení kávovarem a porcelánem samozřejmostí. Pokoje má i balkónek s výhledem do atria hotelu. Kousek od metra a velkého shopping mall, kde můžete nakupovat nebo jíst.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. I am a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, and while I understand that a room upgrade is subject to availability, I was disappointed by the overall lack of recognition of my membership. I did not receive a room upgrade or Club Lounge access, but what disappointed me the most was that I didn’t even receive the usual in-room amenities for a Titanium member. At other GHA DISCOVERY properties, including Kempinski, I have consistently received meaningful recognition as a Titanium member, including room upgrades, lounge access and in-room amenities. I understand that benefits can vary depending on availability and hotel policy, but I would at least expect the hotel to recognize my membership and provide the applicable amenities. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I emailed the hotel directly to raise my concerns, but I have not received any response. I believe that when a loyal guest takes the time to provide feedback directly to the hotel, the least expected is an acknowledgement and response. Pan Pacific Orchard is a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the service and recognition of my GHA DISCOVERY Titanium status did not meet my expectations. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they recognize and communicate with loyal GHA DISCOVERY members.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at The Pan Pacific Orchard, from its innovative design to its warm and welcoming staff. We had booked a room with Pacific Club access, and were very happy with our choice. An attractive venue, lovely food and an efficient and friendly staff, who were, without exception, a credit to their hotel. An especial thank you to Edlyn and Raicy for looking after us so well.

Really enjoyed our stay. location is slightly out of main 'hub' (but very close to Cartier, Tiffany's, Prada, Dior and Lous Vuitton if you are into that!) and need taxi's to get to most places but by UK standards taxis are inexpensive. There is a Marks and Spencers close by. Breakfast at the hotel is fantastic - certainly a highlight for us. Room service good too. Lovely pool (although slightly chilly when we were there). Hotel room is also very comfortable but no drawer space to we had to use our suitcases as a drawer. Cleanliness excellent and nice and quiet. Plenty of local places to eat but hotel has excellent food. The hotel astetically is beautiful and staff very friendly and attentive with a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Bharath was very kind.was taking care of us recomend us few famous dishes.we love the drinks and food.
