Pan Pacific Orchard

Krásný, praktický pokoj se vším, co si jen můžete představit. Hotelový servis na nejvyšší úrovni. Postele příjemné, vybavení kávovarem a porcelánem samozřejmostí. Pokoje má i balkónek s výhledem do atria hotelu. Kousek od metra a velkého shopping mall, kde můžete nakupovat nebo jíst.

What a lovely place. I know to us, Singapore was setting up for the F1 Marina Bay Grand Prix! Lucky we chose Pan Pacific Orchard and not Pan Pacific Singapore. We would have been quite trapped Also lucky we just missed the price hike that comes with F1 weekend We chose a Garden Suite. A lovely view of the build in garden. But as it is always warm and humid, time on the balcony was limited. GOOD The lounge is excellent- a special thank you to Raicy , Ana and Pushpa for looking after us so well Food for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés was superb. Thank you for catering for Halal habits by providing some extra vegetarian options - there were also ample fish options to choose from. The Chef and his team need to be congratulated on the presentation and taste. The checkout and admin on Floor 2 were very friendly - special thanks Michelle and Judy for your help and warm smiles Location is easy for buses and metro We managed to get a slightly later checkout - thank you for a lovely stay. NOT PERFECT I can’t say bad. It wasn’t bad The room size was small for a suite- only a single room, and that balcony The check-in was business like, compared to the smiles and friendly nature of all other staff.

Outstanding service, great food very friendly and competent staff. Special thanks to Raicy from the executive lounge. We'll come again.

Did the free scalp massage with St Gregory with May Li. She was professional and service was great.

I was attending a wedding luncheon with my wife and baby and approached the hotel reception for a nursing room for my newborn to change her nappy and nurse and rest. For our comfort, Ninn and team lent us a spare hotel room for our baby to rest! As a mom herself, she could relate to our needs and went the extra mile for us and we are very appreciative. It was a great personal touch and the sort of 5* service that exemplifies a brand. In fact, our family enjoyed the room so much that we will likely be booking a staycation here soon. Thanks again to Ninn and her team.
