Pullman Singapore Orchard

My wife and I travelled to Singapore from Australia, for an eight day holiday, with a good friend who had recently lost his wife. We chose the Pullman Orchard because of its location in Orchard Road and the proximity to MRT’s, providing the ability to show our friend the sights of Singapore. He had never been before. We chose 2 x King Suites, which were located together. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but were well appointed just the same and the hotel is very stylishly decorated. The staff were excellent. Our checkin and checkout were handled so proficiently by Nicholas, but particularly at breakfast, we were superbly assisted by Wan Quin, who made a point of engaging with us every day to get us try different cuisine. We were also very impressed by the hotel manager, Jesse Lim, a “hands on” manager who introduced herself to us. It is easy to understand why the staff presented so professionally, with a leader like Jesse. We will certainly choose the Pullman Orchard on our next trip to Singapore.

Excellent private lounge w warm, personalised service from Miriam, Vic and Dahlia. Thank you for being ever so helpful and welcoming. Good food in a pleasant environment. A home-away-from-home experience personified. :)

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the facilities and overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The location is really great. At the same time, I also had dinner at their restaurant and must say it was excellent. Especially the waiter David did an excellent job and his attitude and sense of humor is great I also want to mention at the Club Lounge Myriam who has a beautiful heart. Sadly I can’t remember the Korean lady working there, she really is excellent and very guest oriented too. I had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Franck. A very kind professional who at all times ensures the guest experience is top. My friend needed a bit of assistance for him and his family, Franck did really go the extra mile. Thank you!!
