The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

Great experience. The housekeeping team was very nice and always there to help us with our requests. Thanks also once again to Mike for the warm welcome and help during our stay, really appreciate it!

I would like to give a special mention to Nazerah, who was extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay. She assisted us with the check-in process and made everything smooth and easy. She also kindly suggested some great places for us to visit and explore, which was very helpful. With the hot weather in Singapore, she even thoughtfully offered us some water, which was such a nice and caring gesture. Nazerah was friendly, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout our interaction. Her warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed at the hotel. Thank you, Nazerah, for going the extra mile! ❤️ Excellent service — definitely deserves recognition! 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at The Clan Hotel and found it the perfect base for exploring Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuinely friendly. Joanne was particularly lovely, taking the time to offer recommendations and explain the different room upgrades available. Our room was ready early, which was very much appreciated after arriving ahead of the usual check-in time. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive and seemingly willing to do anything they could to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble. A special mention must also go to Master Kris, who was wonderfully engaging and added something a little different to the whole Clan experience. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly easy to explore Singapore, with so much within walking distance or just a short journey away. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, with a very good selection and plenty of choice. It is worth being aware that the breakfast timings are quite strict, so make sure you arrive within the allocated time. The Clan manages to combine a stylish, contemporary hotel with genuinely warm and personal service. A fantastic location, excellent breakfast and, above all, a team who really seem to care about their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Great hotel in a convenient location with attentive and friendly staff members - a particular mention to Ivan who was really thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I really appreciated his kindness and generally the staff's helpfulness so would stay again next time I'm in Singapore!

Had an amazing room on the 25th, chilled at the pool on the 30th, and the service was exceptional - thank you Ivan! Location was perfect for nearby sites and right next to the MRT. Would definitely return.
