The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Fantastic room with great views (14th floor). Super friendly, efficient staff (especially Jeffery at reception). Food was amazing. Selection of Signature Dishes (10 courses) was best food we have ever eaten. Chef has done a brilliant job in creating this wonderful food.

Heera, Mike and Nadia were so welcoming and made the start to our holidays amazing. Definitely will be returning to the clan in the future. Thankyou for the complimentary cake and making my partners Birthday so special!

I stayed at The Clan Hotel for three nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel has a great location in Singapore, making it very convenient to explore the city, and the overall atmosphere is modern, elegant and welcoming. A special mention goes to Ivan, who made our stay even more memorable. He hosted the tea ceremony and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel, as well as giving us useful insights and recommendations about Singapore. His knowledge, professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the attention to detail made us feel very well looked after. I would definitely recommend The Clan Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and would be happy to stay here again.

Led a group of 20 retirees from Florida staying for 11 days. Ivan, the Lobby Manager was the consummate professional, working with noir group tirelessly. He truly cared for our group’s wellbeing, always providing support and advice when needed. The Clan Hotel should be lucky to have him. I would certainly bring another group back to this hotel because of him. Bravo Ivan!

The Clan Hotel offers excellent breakfasts and a great location; however, the kindness and professionalism of Ivan, the “lobby ambassador” made our visit to Singapore exceptional. He goes above and beyond to be helpful. He is a huge asset to The Clan!
