The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

Thank you for a perfect stay. We really loved this hotel and all the employees who make it possible. A special thank you to Wilson on reception, who provided excellent customer service and went that extra mile. A great addition to a great team.

Lovely hotel in handy location. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working correctly and they gave us a different room and a bottle of red wine - very nice. Wilson was very helpful during our 7 nights stay. The breakfast is magnificent and has anything you could want. If we came back to Singapore on holiday again we would stay at The Clan Hotel.

Great Hotel! Perfect location, lovely rooms, skypool and very friendly staff! Special thanks to Nazerah and Master Kris! We had a great time!

Really great hotel in a great location near Chinatown, Banking District Underground right outside for easy travel to other sights. Very chilled atmosphere Great staff nothing was too much for them, My wife had broke her wrist just before we arrived and the concern the staff showed was very kind and much appreciated we had a late checkout but still had some time to wait staff offered us facilities to freshen up, etc. Rooms spotless and freshened up every day if required Many thanks to staff for a wonderful stay.
