The experience at The Clan was fantastic, the way all the staff helped us with en everything was incredible, Wilson and Joana did a great job and also the Tea Master Kris.

The best hotel,health guests is their priority. I am amazed how they refunded in full a non refundable reservation,after an accident I had few days before the stay. Im so grateful for their emapthy and sensitiveness they showed during this difficult time Im going through. Keep going like this ,U are the best!
