I came to the Wyndham Singapore Hotel to check in, feeling extremely tired after riding Cruise. However, Jack at the check-in counter greeted me very warmly. I was planning to stay for a total of two nights, but it must have been very complicated because I made reservations in different rooms for one day each time. JACK was very kind and helped with each of the reservations. JACK allowed us to stay in a nice room and helped us move rooms easily the next morning as well. I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank JACK. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy my trip to Singapore even more happily.

We recently stayed at the Wyndham Hotel Singapore for 11 nights and it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, all the staff have been welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Ester, Shahira, Andy, Ram and Kimberly who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Our room had exceptional views of Marina Bay and the Sky Lounge facilities were stunning. The hotel is located very central which allows exploring the city and tourist attractions easy and we will definitely stay again at the Wyndham Hotel . . Thank you for everything.

I’d particularly like to recognise the Kimberly (Guest Relations Manager), who went out of her way to help us make the most out of our upcoming stay. We are visiting Singapore for the F1, with a very early flight the following morning, she has gone out of her way to help with the logistics of our visit and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. She has been incredibly responsive, thoughtful and genuinely helpful. It's clear that she was trying to make the whole experience as easy and stress-free as possible rather than simply dealing with a request and moving on. That level of personal attention makes a huge difference. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I hope the management team recognises the effort she puts into looking after guests.
