Wyndham Singapore Hotel

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant and enjoyable experience from the moment we checked in. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We arrived early and, although one of our rooms was still being cleaned, the staff kindly arranged for us to have one room first while we waited for the other. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and effort to make our arrival as comfortable as possible. The room was clean, brightly lit, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Qal, Zul, Kim, Greyson, and Jennifer for the warm welcome, excellent hospitality, and for making us feel so well taken care of. Your kindness and attentiveness certainly made a difference to our stay. Kudos to the entire team, and thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one! We look forward to coming back again.

As soon as we arrived at the Wyndham Singapore hotel, we were immediately greeted by Sheng Rui, who came out of reception and started to unload our luggage from the taxi. He was incredibly warm and friendly and insisted upon taking all of our luggage inside and then transporting it up to our room without us needing to ask or say a single word. His customer service was absolutely excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with an incredible view out over the city and Marina Bay Sands. However, the air conditioning in the room could have been slightly more effective. There was a wide variety of options at breakfast, however we found that the breakfast room was quite crowded and more cereal options would be a welcome addition as the majority of choices were savoury dishes. The central location of the hotel was also fantastic for sightseeing and ideal for getting into central Singapore quickly and to tourist attractions such as the National Museum. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay here, thank you.

As you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm welcome by concierge/luggage collection. A thorough guide to check in procedures and very helpful. Reception with Nick where no request was a trouble and greeted with a helpful smile. The ambience continued throughout the hotel as we enjoyed a fully stocked, clean and inviting room with a complimentary early check in by Nick. Location is central to everything with churches, raffles and shopping at the door plus mrt nearby for further exploration. Breakfast selection was extensive, something for everyone. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our short stay one we will remember. Will be back 😊
