Wyndham Singapore Hotel

This stay at Wyndham was such a pleasant experience, smooth from check-in to check-out. A special shoutout to two staff members, Nico and Annie. Nico was patient and friendly while walking me through hotel amenities and local tips during check-in. Annie was thoughtful and responsive with housekeeping and breakfast support, making every small need feel well taken care of. The room was spotless with comfy bedding, and the overall vibe was relaxing and great value. I’ll definitely choose Wyndham again, and huge thanks to Nico and Annie for their warm, standout service.

After a long 13-hour flight, my wife and I arrived in Singapore to celebrate our honeymoon. We had not made any special requests because we did not expect the hotel to do much for the occasion - but we could not have been more wrong. The atmosphere is amazing, but Check-in was busy, and we waited about 20-25 minutes before being served by a gentleman named Zul. From the moment he greeted us, his electrifying attitude and genuine warmth completely changed our perception of guest service. He took the time to ask about our trip, what we were celebrating, and what we were looking forward to experiencing in Singapore. He then went above and beyond by arranging an upgrade and late checkout, both of which were incredibly helpful. The room given to us is breathtaking, with both the river and Fort Canning Park in our sight. What truly caught us off guard was the level of care he showed. Zul personally wrote down recommendations for food and shopping, including Lau Pa Sat and Newton Food Centre, which we thoroughly enjoyed. He even advised us on exactly when to book a taxi for our return flight, taking traffic into consideration. These thoughtful details made us emotional because, in all our previous hotel stays, we had never experienced service this personal and sincere. Zul also arranged for a cake to be delivered to our room, which my wife and I found extremely heartwarming. We were not expecting anything, so the gesture made our honeymoon feel even more special. Our checkout was as smooth as butter and, to our surprise, Zul assisted us again - does this man ever rest? He offered us access to the swimming pool after checkout and explained that we could take a warm shower in the changing room, with towels provided. That made the time before our flight much more comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the Sky Lounge was truly exceptional. Once again, Zul went the extra mile by escorting us there and taking photos of us. With service like this, it felt as though we were staying in a six-star hotel. We did not manage to thank him properly because he was busy assisting other guests at the front desk, all with the same energy and enthusiasm he had shown us. So, to Zul: you are an amazing and genuine individual. My wife and I wish you a wonderful career, and we hope you are always rewarded abundantly for the kindness and care you show every guest. If we ever return to Singapore, we will gladly stay wherever Zul is working. Singapore is truly astonishing - both its people and its culture - and Zul made our honeymoon an experience we will never forget.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the subway and within walking distance of the Merlion. The front desk staff, Nick and Neymar, provided warm and friendly service with a gentle attitude and a helpful spirit. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities.

Prior to checking out, I needed help to duck tape two boxes before bringing it to Changi airport. The two gentlemen working at the hotel, Qalsffah and Qanesan was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting me. This tells a lot about the hotel, which was very pleasant and helpful!
