we stayed here for a week from the 29th august until the 5th September. The hotel is very Spanish which we didn't mind. Room was very spacious and clean. Large shower and separate toilet. Pool area was always spotless. The pool doesn't open up until 10am and closes at 8pm. Always plenty of sun beds. No need to reserve them like you have to at a lot of other hotels. The children's splash park was great, it wasn't deep so my daughter was able to go in this on her own ( 6yrs old). Big slides where great fun - even my husband went on a few times! The guy on the dining room check in was absolutely lovely, he let the children check us in. Food: It was mostly the same every day. There was one chef who we did not trust cooking meet on the fresh station on an evening (some pieces could be brought back to life LOL) we just avoided it when he was on. There was always a big pan of paella which was different every night. Breakfast: always fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes made to order :) They cater for gluten free but not so much dairy free. I asked a few times for dairy free butter/ ice-cream but always got told no. You could get packets of crips, ice cream and milk shakes for free around the pool and in the theatre bar ( ALL INCLUSIVE) - My girls loved this! Entertainment: Mini disco is at 9:30 followed by the how at 10:15. The animation team do all the entertainment, its not the best but its something to watch on an evening( They try their best). There was one night we watched acrobatics from outside the hotel. They were very good. You can get the bus further into the town which is about 5/10 minutes up the road or a bus into the old town which is around 15 minutes away and cost us 1 euro 20 each. The receptionist told us you couldn't pay via card on the bus so we went and got some money.... we then found out on the bus you can pay via card so we messed about getting money for nothing. The beach is only a very short walk away and highly recommend going to. The water is Chrystal clear. We would happily return back to this hotel but would probably eat out on an evening :)

We’re on our last day of a weeks all inclusive stay here. The hotel itself is lovely - clean and modern and a great getaway for the family. The rooms are as expected, we’ve been on the 7th floor and have great beach views, although with 4 of us sharing a room (2 adults and 2 children) it’s been limited for space. We had a trip to Mojacar market on Wednesday and got there using the bus which is literally on the hotels doorstep and easy to navigate. The staff are all pleasant enough and the entertainment staff work tirelessly. It is predominantly a Spanish hotel but most staff are able to speak at least broken English so if you are able to do the same in Spanish then that’s always helpful. The only, slightly lesser points are more to do with the guests that were here during our stay. Children are left to their own devises during meal times and never wait their turn, pushing in queues and not watched over or helped by their parents which was a little irritating. It wasn’t just the children behaving like this either, there were a few adults who felt that they owned the hotel and did as they pleased, again more of an irritation than anything. The restaurant can get very loud at peak times - mainly due to younger guests getting upset and making a lot of noise, which is to be expected at a family hotel. From a food point of view there was plenty of options for the whole family, although we found meal times to become a little repetitive as the week has gone on but all the food was tasty and some cooked fresh to order. Overall it’s been a really nice week away but a week has been enough. We’ll head home having made happy memories and will remember our stay here fondly. But don’t expect to come here for a quite break - currently I’m rocking out to heavy metal by the pool because a small local group have request it and keep turning it up louder and louder, so it’s not what I would consider relaxing!! Haha!

Wonderful holiday. Loved the hotel. Modern, clean, lovely room, massive shower, big balcony, beautiful sea views, great air con, great sound proofing as we didnt hear anyone so perfect nights sleep. We were on 6th floor and quite far along. Safe available in room. Staff were so lovely especially Naomi on reception and Pepe and Jose at the restaurant. Pool was great and well staffed with life guards. High standards with exoected behaviour round the pool and whole hotlel. Lots of reminders to not reserve sunbeds so we always managed to find some. They are jammed close but at least people had them plus sun parasols. The staff in the restaurant cleared and re laid tables at super speed so was quick to get to sit and eat. Food was lovely with lots of choice. Loved the bread choice especially! As an English mum, Id have liked cheese and ham available at lunchtime to make the kids a sandwich but being continental, this was available at breakfast times. They did great crepes which my kids loved. I loved the food and drinks available. Snack bar by pool was good and bar with entertainment was good and welcomed kids. Lots of space to sit on the terrace too. Bus stops outside the hotel to get down to the shops, old town and other beaches. Lots of great beaches easily accessible including straight across the road. With life guards too. We loved the hitle pool and slides. My kids age 12 and 10, stayed in all day. No inflatables in the pool allowed but you could use them in the slide pool when the slides were closed. There were TVs in the room but didnt manage to find an English channel not that that was a problem. There were kids clubs but mine didnt want to go in. Still some games round the pool tho and some dancing and volley ball in the pool for adults too. They also got the water carpet out for anyone to run along. No extra cost. Kids mini disco was at 9.30pm to give time to eat and Spanish kids songs but recognisable and all kids liked the actions. Other entertainment followed once disco ended. Place was clean and well kept. We loved our holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel.
