If your English don't bother its a Spanish Hotel that only caters for Spanish entertainment all Spanish food etc now my room was clean but the room next door had a dog yes a dog they allow dogs which barked all.nighy fir 3 nights was only here 4 nights so no sleep for 3 nights what did the hotel do nothing because am English and they were Spanish absolutely disgusting I eoustsy here again if they payed me to so stay away brits they don't like us

Spotless room and bedding. Very quiet area about 500yds from a lovely sandy cove . The hotel in our opinion doesn't cater well for UK holiday makers . Signage throughout the hotel has got very little English on them . We went on a half board basis and were so disappointed in the selection at both breakfast and dinner . Once again we felt they were aiming for the Spanish and Italian custom . I personally have never eaten so much salad because the choice was so poor . Would I go back to this area ? Yes . Would i go back to or recommend Hotel Alone to friends ? Definitely not. This is only our opinion as a couple from the UK .

Recently stayed here. Staff all lovely. Rooms excellent and spotlessly clean. Great power shower. Few power points in the room and brilliant view from balcony. We stayed in the 8 th floor. Pool and pool area clean with lots of room. Only fault I have is the entertainment was only aimed at all the Spanish staying at the hotel. Entertainment was not in English at all. Little tip the hotel a 5 min walk away called the magic tropical splash, you can pay for a day pass all inclusive with more slides than the water park. Ice creams, drinks, cocktails and snack bar as much as u want. Only cost £56 for 1adult 1child. Bargain! Quite area but restaurants and beach a short walk away. Would recommend and return

I had a good experience here. I was a solo traveller and I felt comfortable in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue is that the power outlet next to the bed was faulty as I couldn’t plug in my charger (there was another outlet but it was on the other side of the room). The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and welcoming and the staff were friendly. I was on the second floor and had decent views of the area. It is in a good location with fast food and supermarkets at the top of the road and at the bottom of the road were independent restaurants and is also a close walk to the beach. I think it’s good value for the location and I would visit again. It was fairly quiet besides the road works outside but they didn’t last long. There is a pool although I do believe it was being refurbished during my stay.

We visited the hotel as a family of 4, with our young children aged 3 and 6. We met up with wider family at the hotel. We had a great stay. This hotel was good for us. Most of the staff do have good English but also helped us when we used our very little Spanish. A lot of the holiday makers were Spanish and more mature. The hotel was quiet which worked well for our boys. There were activities in the morning and the lady who ran them was brilliant. She spoke English and Spanish and used both languages for the children which helped us all learn more. We enjoyed the food. There was regularly plain pasta and chips which the boys enjoyed and we enjoyed the variety of meat and seafood. We were full board but the drinks in the restaurant and bar were very reasonably priced. The pool was cool but that didn’t matter to the children. They enjoyed the water slide and the smaller kids pool. My only reservation is that the pool was open to the road so there wasn’t anything to stop people from wandering in or the children from wandering out. This is why I have given it 4 stars. It actually felt fine when we were there because it was so quiet but I wasn’t 100% comfortable with that. We could walk 10min to cala finestrat beach which, again was lovely and quiet. There was a bus into Benidorm. You can pay €2 for a card and top it up with €10 then use it for each journey which is only about 80c per journey. Another reason for only 4 stars was that the evening meal wasn’t until 7.30pm which was very late for our children. We managed to make it work but it wasn’t ideal. The evening entertainment was mainly Spanish but we didn’t attend that, but good to know if that’s what you want to join in with. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.
