Apartamenty El Faro

Well looking at the reviews we thought great however to be totally disappointed we booked a Lower ground floor appartment and in the middle of the night to be given a tiny room with views overlooking a derelict building room no 4D do not accept, my hubby is disabled through a stroke so struggles, the shower is not walk in its step in (tiny) we complained to easy jet no joy the appartment people were not budging they said they all the same size apartments (lie) as we saw someone else’s anyway we bit the bullet and enjoyed our holiday however be careful what room you book and what they give you( have photo evidence if need be )

The pool would not be open till the 1st June. We were, however, not expecting EVERYTHING else to CLOSED. I asked at reception why? It is because the Swimming Pool, Bar, Lounge area, and Cafe were NOT PART el faro apartments, so they had no say in opening dates. .. This "SEPARATE BUSINESS" also runs the very busy well equipped gym in the basement. Open all year to the public, and Hotel Residents. .. (Ive never felt so unwelcome when I visited in person, the fitness guy also looked surprised to see me.

What surprise these apartments were when we arrived, amenities were everything you would wish for, nothing fancy but very clean and bright. Reception staff on arrival very pleasant and helpful the only negative we found was the 200€ deposit for damage was quite a large unexpected amount, around 50€ think would be adequate, but will be aware for our next stay! 😎 Beds very comfortable and the views spectacular (tip ask for a high floor) we were on 15 Overall excellent area in a quiet but beautiful unspoilt part of Benidorm, lots of bars and restaraunts to explore close by. (Bakers across the road( fresh bread daily). Fantastic stay and would definitely use these apartments again A 5* view and amenities in a 3* star accommodation

Good location, near the Beach, and not too far from the old town, nice walk if you like walking. Room had everything needed, TV, Hob, fridge, Microwave, iron, hair dryer. Bathroom looks a little tired, especially the bath, however the water pressure was very good, and nice and hot, for the shower. Everything was clean on arrival, and ready for when we arrived. For the short stay, was adequate for our needs. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely out of season stay at the La Faro apartments. It’s in a quiet location just back from the beach road, and just a few minutes walk to bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The room was spacious and clean with more than adequate cooking facilities and utensils (if required). We will definitely visit again during the summer season when the pool and bar will also be open.
