Casual Pop Art Benidorm

We were looking for a place to stay after a few weeks in rural surroundings and as I have never stayed in Benidorm thought let’s give it a try. A sea view with a balcony was imperative, as was close to the beach. This hotel came up trump’s especially as such short notice, less than a week. Double room was excellent. Plenty of storage space and a cubby hole to tuck the suitcases away. Walk in shower where the water pressure and temperature was excellent, very impressed with the quality of the toiletries and towels Spotless throughout the room, very comfortable bed and large fridge to store your drinks. Location was perfect, short walk to the Old Town Marina and restaurants. Daniel was on reception when we arrived and was extremely relaxed and very helpful, I needed to park our hire car which I hadn’t realised can be quite a task in Benidorm! With his help managed to park it within a 4 minute walk. Breakfast was included which again was excellent, clean, tidy and fabulous staff. Overall a very pleasant 3 night stay, will definitely use again when in the area.

Room on 3rd floor at the back. Horrendous. No view what so ever. Frosted window. Police parked outside the window smoking. Booked for 7 days, stayed for 2 and left. We go on holiday 5 times a year and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Would never return.

Lovely staff. Breakfast ok . Room neede a good clean , lots of sand on skirting boards . Sellotape stuck to walls wear the room has been decorated with balloons . Drawer hanging off shelving worn around fridge . Pillow cases didn't fit the pillow. No matts on sunloungers making it impossible to sunbathe . However the terrace and view made up for it .

Came here in June in a family room which had a small balcony facing the sea. Loved it. Unfortunately not this time. I'm not reviewing the full stay but the quality and accuracy of the room advertised. Clean so no issues. The room however is far less than expected from my last visit. The room decor is boring. The balcony doesn't have the sea view I loved (fine, I'll accept this as it's not in the advert). Instead I have a close-up view of my neighbours at each side and across in the building opposite. Absolutely no privacy. I could almost step over the wall to next door! No sea view rooms available to switch. If this is the case in future I won't be back if the rooms at the back are all like this. The room is nothing like the one shown on the website.

Room with the ”street view” means no view. Only blurred window. Only one chair in the room and table was broken. Breakfast tables were dirty and table clothes were spotted with mold. Customers had to ask constantly for more dishes or servings.
