We are regular visitors to Casual Hotels, particularly Benidorm. We find our stay very relaxed. The rooms are all different but always clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows extremely comfortable, A/C excellent and location is perfect. All of the staff are professional and very courteous.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect – literally steps away from the beach, allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained every day. The staff is incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile, and ready to help with anything you need. Breakfast was a real highlight – a huge selection of fresh and delicious food, offering something for everyone. Considering the top-notch service, prime beach location, and overall experience, the price is an absolute bargain. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location. Clean place

Had a very nice stay. Room was clean but a bit cramped but no big issue. Location was great as in the old town and not too far from the strip if you want to go there. Air conditioning could do with being a bit more powerful,
