Too many groups the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything even down to someone sneezing in the next room, there seems to be a lot of disrespectful guests here, shouting, screaming, banging the doors and dragging furniture around, we called down to reception early hours of 1 morning to ask them to come to our floor and deal with a drunken man and his wife who was arguing and going in and out their room and banging and crashing, but they did nothing, so I had to go out and tell them to keep the noise down. No fridge or kettle facilities but you can hire a kettle from reception Beds were comfortable and the rooms had good AC I found a few of the staff to be quite rude at times. The food was very nice and the cleaners did an amazing job. Location of the hotel was great. Would I return.... unfortunately not

Excellent stay and cannot wait to visit again. Already planning our return stay! Everywhere was clean, staff were very friendly. Could not complain about anything.

We stayed in room 208 on the 2nd floor which had a fantastic pool view, Room was clean & tidy & the shower was powerful & hot. WiFi is good throughout the hotel. Drinks for around the pool are in plastic cups, you get a cup token on arrival, so make sure you don't lose it! Good selection of drinks, snack bar is open outside restaurant hours twice a day, cheese burgers are good. The restaurant food is really good, something for everyone, with extra items on themed nights, jacket potatoes and tapas were a couple which we sampled. All the staff are nice AI stops at 12 noon on your departure day and they do check your coloured wristbands!! Stayed here many times and it never let's us down, only thing it would benefit with (in my opinion) is music around the pool, but we always take a small speaker and play our own 😉 Good value for money

Absolutely brilliant hotel and the staff is very very helpful, 1 member of staff in particular that was very very helpful is Carlos, he needs a pay rise absolutely couldn’t be more helpful

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel. The hotel was always very clean, the restaurant staff were lovely, and the reception team were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Big thanks to Paco at reception for helping us change the airport transfer time after our flight schedule changed. He made everything really easy for us and was very kind. Would definitely come back again!
