Levante Lux

Had a great time Hotel was better than expected. Very clean and comfortable Stopped over with my sons for a famil occasion Location was good, only a short uphill walk from the beach. Reception were informative and very helpful. Nice swimming pool to chill out in too. Had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Good value for the money.

We booked this hotel as it was our children’s first holiday abroad. Both being on the spectrum, we thought a smaller hotel would be ideal….. on the website they make out they are a family hotel. However there was quite a few large groups of “adults”. The sun bed rule was a joke. Signs everywhere saying no reservations. However by 9am most days there were none left. Sometimes people who put towels down didn’t even use them until the afternoon! When we asked about this we were told they can’t do anything about it! Why have that rule then? Another rule was no balls in the pool. A child got told by staff not to have their ball….. a group of men didn’t?! The tiles around the pool are ridiculously slippery. Many people slipped and one man even fell and cracked his head. The male worker at the time couldn’t have looked less interested. We couldn’t try the food as the waiter/ cook decided to walk out. So after waiting an hour we got a refund. The bar is pretty cheap but the measures are crazy! Some people wouldn’t mind half a glass of jack Daniel’s with a splash of coke, it’s not an enjoyable drink. The room was clean. Bedding was clean. A few things could do with updating. Specially the bathrooms. The showers flood the floor. Andrea was lovely. Friendly and approachable. The male staff members, not so much. Sometimes you’d be waiting over 10 minutes for them to look up from their phones or come back from having a cigarette. We didn’t have the displeasure of meeting the manager. From previous reviews he sounds like a right gent! All in all we had a good time. The hotel is in a good location. Shops, bars and beach all easily reachable. Not too far to Old Town or The Benidorm Palace.

Just home from a weeks stay in the Levante Lux Aparthotel. Our check in was very quick and I had asked for a high floor and extra pillows which was given . We were in 14A the very top apartment had fab views and lots of sunshine. Apartment was spotless and air/con very good. Had a few small bottles of shower gel and a kitchen pack with washing up liquid and sponge. Balcony was fine and big. I took a hairdryer with me cause they have to be hired out. We paid for a safe 3 euros a day but it was faulty so got refunded. The pool area is very clean , we got beds and an umbrella every day was down by 9a.m ,but there were a lot of people putting towels on beds and not seen for hours, it clearly says this cant be done, but was not monitored. There were some broken sunbeds too that would not recline and base gone , I did say this to staff and was told there is a mixture of old and new beds, so I would say go down early to get good sunbeds, and sit nearer top of kids pool for sun all day , beds near the wall or near the trees gets shaded early in the day, pool was lovely steps down into it nice and warm. Pool table inside lots of vending machines also, but a local shop near by that would be cheaper for drinks ect. Lidl less than 5 min walk go right out from apartment and take either the first or second turn down and then right again, very handy when self catering. Beach only 5 mins walk turn left at apartment gate but very rocky in the water , we got a taxi to Poniente beach only 9 euro well worth it fab beach no rocks and lovely waves. Also highly recommend a restaurant Paradiso only 5 mins away great food and lovely staff, ribs are fab!!! In a nice quite area so got a great sleep would go for high floor for the view, we could see water park from our bedroom window. Terra Mitica close by too, strip around 10 min walk if you want the lively nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay, very nice friendly staff also. Would definitely return

Great Apart/Hotel, the apartment was perfect, clean, helpful staff, particularly Teha. Lovely pool area, not far from Levante Beach or nightlife, would highly recommend, and the price was cheap, well worth it

DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room was robbed. The hotel refused to phone and police and will not refund us. The director even said to us do you actually think if someone robbed your room they’d close the door behind them? Like are they being for real? The lock had been forced open and we have pictures, police reports, etc or everything. HOLIDAY RUINED
