Me Marbella

I had a wonderful dinner at La Neta Taqueria during my stay at the Meliá Oasis in Marbella. My server, Lupe, was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The freshly made guacamole prepared right in front of me was delicious, and the shrimp tacos were amazing! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I am having a fantastic time in Marbella and will definitely be looking forward to returning to La Neta Taqueria on my next visit. Highly recommend! 🌮🇪🇸

Was here previously when it was 4 star Melia but the 5 star upgrade to ME Marbella is fantastic. Rooms are incredible and well locked after each day by the team. The grounds are spacious with plenty of options and location couldn’t be better with walking access into Banus. We had a small issue which was dealt incredibly professional by Lara in the Auro team. Shout out also to Lupe for great service at La Neta and the breakfast team Mamen and Fran in Oasis Grill. Would we stay here again? Looking forward to the third time already!

We had a lovely stay at Me Marbella Hotel, and there were plenty of highlights. The location is excellent, being very close to Marbella’s Golden Mile, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great menu to order from rather than just a standard buffet. The service did become a little slower towards the end of our holiday, but the quality of the food was still excellent. Around the pool, there were lots of sunbeds available, which was a real bonus. A special mention to Roberto, who was brilliant and provided great service throughout our stay. The poolside food was also very good. The Mexican restaurant was amazing. The outdoor area is beautiful and made for a really enjoyable dining experience. Our room was cleaned twice a day, with fresh complimentary water provided, as well as lovely little touches such as hand creams and lip balm. The air conditioning worked really well, and despite the hotel having plenty going on, it was quiet at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. One thing we felt could have been improved was the arrival experience. It would have been helpful if someone had shown us around the hotel when we first arrived, as there are quite a few areas and facilities to discover. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at Me Marbella. The excellent location, food, pool area, thoughtful room touches and friendly service made it a great holiday.

Despite an unexpected situation, Laura from guest experience handled it sensitively and speedily. She personally checked in on us at various points throughout our stay and collaborated with other teams to ensure our experience was personalised. Laura customer service is excellent, she listens, cares, acts quickly and is proactive. The food at the hotel is excellent, varied, tasty and beautifully presented. Rooms are seen to twice a day.

We have just returned home from staying at ME Marbella and we both absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel was immaculate, particularly the rooms - we were both very impressed with the room (we had a pool view) and loved all the little touches! The house-keeping was great! Breakfast was lovely; staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. We loved the pool, mainly the Bali beds, at the adults only area these are great for couples! The hotel’s Mexican restaurant La Neta was fantastic! The attention to detail and quality of food was second to none: We absolutely loved our stay; and both agreed that we would happily return! Location is great you are a short 5 minute walk to the beach; and in walking distance to Puerto banus (approx 15/20 min walk) and close enough to jump in a taxi to the old town!
