Rozhodně tento hotel nedoporučuji. Při příjezdu Vám okamžitě nabízí lepší pokoje za příplatek, které jsou úplně náhodou připraveny ihned, zatímco na bookované se musí čekat. Následně se Vám zkouší vnucovat all inclusive, protože jsou údajně drinky drahé…(vůbec nejsou a all inclusive se absolutně nevyplatí). Přitom Vám nevysvětlí, jak věci v hotelu chodí a že například potřebujete k bazénu kartičku na osušky. Když si je člověk sežene a odejde na chvíli na pláž, hotelový staff si dovolí odnést Vaše věcí, hrabat se Vám v tašce a vrátit pouze část tašky…absolutní vrchol narušení soukromí! V životě jsem nikde na dovolené nezažila, aby mi někdo vzal tašku z lehátka a vrátil mi z ní pouze jeden opalovací krém. Vrchol drzosti!

Nestává se to často, ale tento hotel nás nadchl. Příplatek za vyšší patro a větší pokoj se rozhodně vyplatil. Pro 4členou rodinu dostatečně velké. Z 6 patra částečný výhled na moře. Pokoje uklizené každý den. Hotel se nachází na okraji města, takže večer jen hluk z místního programu. Silnou stránkou hotelu je perfektní stravování ve všech částech hotelu. Hotel nabízí několik bazénu a každý je trochu jiný, takže každý si najde ten svůj. Silnou stránkou je i obsluha, která se vždy usmívala a snažila se vyjít vstříc.

We’ve just come back from an amazing two-week stay, and honestly, we would go back in a heartbeat! We had such a fantastic holiday and felt the hotel was worth every penny. There were a few little things that could be improved, but nothing came close to spoiling what was a brilliant two weeks. 🛏️ Our room Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony which we really enjoyed. It was cleaned every day and always left looking fresh. The tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch, and having a mini fridge was really useful too. 🏊‍♀️ The pools I absolutely loved how the hotel had thought about the different types of guests when designing the pool areas. There was a children’s pool which was also suitable for adults and older children, a livelier “rowdy” pool, which we didn’t use ourselves, and then a third pool which was much quieter but still suitable for both adults and children. It meant you could choose the atmosphere you wanted rather than having one pool trying to cater for everyone. For us, having the quieter option was a real bonus. 🍽️ Food We were really impressed with the variety of food. The themed nights were particularly nice because they gave us the chance to try lots of different foods that we probably wouldn’t normally choose. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 10pm on our first night, but the hotel had kindly kept food available for us in case we wanted something to eat after our journey. We really appreciated that, especially arriving so late. If I could change one thing, I would probably reduce the amount of food on the themed nights and make the theme itself a little more of a focus. There was almost too much choice! The cocktail offered when entering the restaurant was such a lovely little touch and made dinner feel like more of an occasion. We did have a couple of evenings where there was a queue to get into the restaurant, but the staff were incredibly efficient and got through the queues very quickly. On those evenings, drinks were a little slower. On one occasion, it actually took until dessert for us to order a drink! However, this happened just once during our entire two-week stay, so definitely not something we experienced regularly. The only other thing that would have been nice would have been a snack bar available through the day with smaller snacks like sandwich’s and not just 3-5pm 🍹 Drinks The pool bar opening at 11:30 felt a little late, especially with the beautiful weather being so warm 😂 Once it opened, though, it was easy to use and there was always a good selection available. I wasn’t particularly keen on the cocktails as I found them quite watered down, but that’s more a personal preference than a criticism. We had no issues getting the other drinks we wanted throughout our stay. ❤️ The staff The staff really helped make this holiday special. The entertainment team were phenomenal. They were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely made an effort to include everyone. They created such a fun atmosphere and you could tell they really cared about making sure people were enjoying themselves. All of the staff we came across were friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Dunio, one of the waiters. He was always so lovely, friendly and welcoming, no matter what time of day we saw him. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The hotel also went above and beyond for my birthday while we were there. A friend had arranged a birthday cake for me and made the hotel aware that it was my birthday. The hotel then went the extra mile and arranged a lovely little gesture of their own, with a small birthday cake and a birthday note left in my room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and really made my birthday feel special. ❤️ It’s those little personal touches that you remember after a holiday, and there were so many lovely ones during our stay. 🎤 Entertainment The music quiz was brilliant fun! We absolutely loved it and would have happily done more of these during our stay. The bingo was another nice addition. The evening entertainment acts weren’t really to our taste, so after the first few days we didn’t tend to stay for them. But that’s completely down to personal preference and certainly didn’t have any negative impact on our holiday. 📍 Location The location was fantastic. There was a small supermarket just a five-minute walk away, with really friendly staff, and the beach was also only a short walk from the hotel. The Pirate Adventure was a particular highlight and is highly recommended if you’re looking for something fun to do! There was also a meeting point directly opposite the hotel for excursions further afield, and trips could also be arranged through the hotel, including the Caves of Drach. 🌴 Overall Overall, we genuinely had an amazing two weeks. We loved the hotel, loved the atmosphere and had such a fantastic time. Were there little things that could be improved? Of course. But every holiday has those, and none of them came close to taking away from our experience. We would absolutely return to this hotel and would have happily stayed for another two weeks. From the fantastic entertainment team and friendly staff to the variety of food, choice of pools, thoughtful touches and great location, there was so much to enjoy. We left with some really lovely memories and, most importantly, that horrible feeling of wishing we didn’t have to go home! 😂☀️ Would we return? Absolutely. Would we recommend it? 100%. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for helping make our two weeks so enjoyable, and for making my birthday that little bit more special. ❤️

Writing this review while waiting for transfer to airport. This hotel is great as a base to visit both Magaluf and Palma nova. It’s 100 metres from the beach, a 5 minute walk to the seafront and strip and the area is quiet. The food here is great, and themed nights each night provide a good variety. There is a supermarket next to the hotel with extras you may need. The rooms are ok, large screen tv and toiletries provided if you need them. A safe you can use and wardrobes and cupboards with ample space. A great stop for a few nights away.

Surly staff for whom customers are clearly an absolute inconvenience. Huge queues for dinner with a dining room that is too small, utterly chaotic, very warm and simply not fit for purpose. Food is tepid only due to the temperature of the room, freshly replenished buffet dishes were stone cold, the room warms them up. Queues for the bar all evening because 2 of the 3 staff prefer talking to each other than doing their job and have zero sense of urgency. No air conditioning in public areas. Mixed cleanliness. Room was average with a surprisingly comfortable bed. Not 4 star or anywhere approaching it.
