Aubamar Suites & Spa

Our September stay fell far short of 5-star standards. While tidy with polite staff when engaged, service was severely lacking. We were completely ignored at the rooftop bar, had to ask twice for towels, and pool cleanliness was neglected—staff even overlooked a dirty nappy. Housekeeping was hit-or-miss, frequently failing to clean sinks or replenish toiletries. Facilities were equally frustrating, featuring broken coffee machines at breakfast, a broken lift, and a loud Friday night pool party below guest balconies blasting music past 11:15 PM. Ample breakfast, but overall a frustrating experience.

My friend and I have just returned from a holiday staying at the Aubamar in the Suites and Spa building and had a wonderful time. We had a Junior Deluxe Suite and loved the modern, spacious interior. The whole hotel was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the choice of pools with great, comfy sun beds. The staff could not do enough for us and I have to mention Leidy, Artemi and the receptionists. The food was tasty and cocktails were good. Avoid the noisy touristy area and venture into Palma or visit the recommended restaurants visited by locals.

We had the most wonderful stay at Aubamar Resort and came away feeling so impressed with the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and looked after. Our suite was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was genuinely impressive, and it was clear that so much care and attention goes into maintaining the property. The food in both the main restaurant and A La Carte Restaurant was another highlight for us. Everything we tried was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality. But what really made our stay so special was the staff. They were all absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued, and their kindness and genuine hospitality made such a difference. You could really tell that they cared about their guests. Leidy, Adrian, Eleonora, Vanessa, Hillary, Rafik and Artemi served us regularly and it was a pleasure each time so an extra thank you from us. We left the resort feeling relaxed, happy, and genuinely sad to leave. It was one of those stays where everything just comes together perfectly — a beautiful suite, fantastic food, exceptional cleanliness, and, most importantly, wonderful people. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Aubamar Resort has definitely left us with some very special holiday memories and we would highly recommend a visit.

Hotel is air conditioned and extremely clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar with the free welcome drink! xx

Booked a sea view room for one week with breakfast included. Room was perfect and clean. Balcony was a good size and we had a great view (booked into the Tower Building). TV with Netflix etc accessible, mini bar, hair dryer with attachments and a safe. There was no iron in the room but was easy enough to call reception to request one. Robes and slippers provided also. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, great variety and always plenty available. We did not book a dinner package however the snack bars had great food available for during the day. The pools were great too, and no need to bring your own towels as you can grab a clean one from the life guard everyday. We never had any issues getting a sun lounger either. We used the spa on our last day and I wish we had used it more during our stay. At night we enjoyed drinks on the roof top bar, which had great views and a lovely spot to catch the sunset. The staff were lovely and very helpful when booking taxis, restaurant recommendations and helping us navigate public transport into Palma. The hotel is close to the beach, it took us less than 5 minutes to walk. It’s also close to lots of bars which concerned us at first as we were worried about noise levels however we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in our rooms. We had such a relaxing stay and will be looking to book again.
