Booked a sea view room for one week with breakfast included. Room was perfect and clean. Balcony was a good size and we had a great view (booked into the Tower Building). TV with Netflix etc accessible, mini bar, hair dryer with attachments and a safe. There was no iron in the room but was easy enough to call reception to request one. Robes and slippers provided also. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, great variety and always plenty available. We did not book a dinner package however the snack bars had great food available for during the day. The pools were great too, and no need to bring your own towels as you can grab a clean one from the life guard everyday. We never had any issues getting a sun lounger either. We used the spa on our last day and I wish we had used it more during our stay. At night we enjoyed drinks on the roof top bar, which had great views and a lovely spot to catch the sunset. The staff were lovely and very helpful when booking taxis, restaurant recommendations and helping us navigate public transport into Palma. The hotel is close to the beach, it took us less than 5 minutes to walk. It’s also close to lots of bars which concerned us at first as we were worried about noise levels however we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in our rooms. We had such a relaxing stay and will be looking to book again.

We stayed at Aubamar Palma Resort as a family of nine and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and feels truly high‑end — it’s been a while since I’ve stayed somewhere with this level of quality. A special thank you to Eleonora, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She guided us around the resort, answered every question, and made sure we were comfortable, which made a big difference for such a large family group. The kids loved the kids’ club, spending a couple of hours there each day, which gave them fun activities and gave us a chance to relax. We were on half board, and the food was excellent — with different dinner themes every night, which kept things interesting and avoided repetition. Suggestion is to add more cooked vegetables to have with dinner and also offer at least water included with dinner . Overall, Aubamar Palma Resort is a beautiful, welcoming place with great service and facilities. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we’d happily return.

Hiya - writing this review as a young female from the UK who visited here for a week in August 2026 with her partner. I'm going to detail each factor of my stay below: Location: Ideal - very close to the airport and 5 minute walk from the beach. Lots of bars, a few clubs nearby, and lots of restaurants/eateries. Buses easily accessible (though they were often sporadic and never on time). Ubers are something to be wary of (a 10 minute drive often amounted to 40 euros - try to get the bus or a normal taxi before you try Uber!). There were plenty of corner shops around - fairly cheap and open all the time. The biggest shock to us was the German culture of the area - as soon as you leave the hotel everything is German. The strip from the hotel to the beach only has German-themed bars/eateries/restaurants. Everyone there (shop/bar workers) were just speaking German to us. I know this isn't a fault of the hotel, but definitely something people should be aware of if they're looking for a more culturally-authentic visit to Spain. It's also impossible to avoid the tides of street vendors who (sometimes intimidatingly) approach you, asking you to buy drugs from them. This wasn't really an issue for us because they usually accepted a no thanks, but it got boring fending them off 24/7. Food: We stayed half-board. Breakfast was delicious - lots of choice for food and lots of lovely juice, coffee and water on offer. For dinner they changed the cuisine every night, but still ensured there were some constants available. Overall, I was very happy with the buffet, though often meat was overcooked. We didn't try the A La Carte restaurant, but it looked nice. Drink: Breakfast was great - no faults! Dinner time proved irritating when we were forced to order a glass bottle of 'premium' water (for 6 euros), or go thirsty. What irritated me was that there was a perfectly fine and functioning water dispenser that was on at breakfast, but they turn it off for dinner time to squeeze more money out of people. Of course we tried bringing in our own water but we were told off for this. We also made an attempt at 'ordering' tap water from the bar - we waited for a long time until I returned to the bar asking for water again (the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude to me, as if it's an inconvenience to turn the tap on - or better yet turn the water dispenser on so I can do it myself). Staff: There were some lovely staff members - particularly the cleaners, the receptionists and especially the man who manages the rooftop bar. There were some real gems. However, the dinnertime waiting staff were usually very rude and abrupt. I don't want to detail anyone in particular, as I'd rather not get anyone in trouble, but there were some very unpleasant people working in there. They certainly did not reflect the 5-star status of this hotel. Facilities: Pools great - big and never overcrowded. Always sun loungers free also, and you can help yourself to towels. Of course, since its maybe 5-7 minute walk, there are no sun beds on the beach (although you can rent one from a company for 70 euros per person...not sure who'd do that though). We went to the spa on one occasion and that was fantastic! The spa had saunas, cold plunges, massage jets etc. The hotel is huge, and has plenty of toilets, seating areas, chill out spots inside and out - also has lots of nice decor and stays very clean. It certainly has the appearance and grandeur of a 5-star luxury hotel. The rooftop bar was a particular highlight - the jacuzzi was fantastic and often empty, and, as I've mentioned, who I assume is the manager of the rooftop bar was very lovely and also an efficient, helpful worker. Room: Great! Our room was definitely cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets. The cleaner was lovely and very accommodating. It definitely lacks some storage for clothes (no cupboards, only one drawer), but we found our way around it. The balcony was great - though they use the term 'sea-view' very very loosely. There was a mini-bar, we got one 'premium' water bottle for free, anything else we had to pay for. Overall: I would certainly recommend this hotel, but only to people who do not care about very friendly service.
