Barefoot Hotel Mallorca

Barefoot hotel in portocolom is well placed near the beaches walking distance and many places to eat around which are open till 11 pm Special mention is the pool restaurant and staff there who took very special care of our vegetarian needs and offered us sautéed Veges and custom made vegetable juices The staff at the pool restaurant counter NEREA was incredible in her service and bent backwards to help Also chef Antonia made Veges for us and made our stay so memorable

Hello, The welcoming service and explanation was very nice and went smoothly. Also we loved the macaron, the first day we thought it will be very nice stay. First bad experience is ants everywhere in the room. Second bad experience toilets smelled very bad. Third bad experience no water added each day. Which we had to buy a bottle of water for 9€ 4€ cost + 5€ service, or we had to go out to buy water which is not possible when everyone is closed. Forth bad experience, the AC does not go below 22 and we were sweating in the roomZ Fifth bad experience several time we call reception requesting something, they say they will do and they don’t. Sixth good experience is the jacuzzi I would give 2 as rating but i have put 3 as a compliment because i was happy with the jacuzzi.

Very nice small hotel, nice design throughout, competent staff and good breakfast. They have a courtyard with a pool and limited sun lounger space, and on the other side of the road a restaurant and bar where you can sit and look at the harbour. All very nicely done. Good value for money as well. Just be aware that there not much going on in the village, which is rather quiet and uninspiring. Very nice little beach on the other side of the bay with excellent beach restaurant (S’Areal Portocolom)

The staff were very attentive and helpful. We were celebrating our honeymoon and were so touched that they had left us a card, bottle of cava and some sweet treats in our room on arrival! It was very clean and the food for the breakfast and in the restaurant and on the BBQ night was very tasty! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request making it overall a very relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful week at Barefoot hotel in Mallorca. Lovely rooms, and super relaxed but attentive vibe. Particularly good on gluten free for our teen and in day 2 were able to do gluten free crepes which were really appreciated! We also needed the Dr whilst we were there and they had him attend within 20mins which was amazing.
