Barefoot Hotel Mallorca

We had a lovely holiday. The hotel is classy but not pretentious at all. Friendly staff, excellent rooms and the breakfast was stunning. The area is stylish and not at all touristy. The size of the hotel is perfect, not too big. Great pool area. We would have liked to be told about the free bus that takes you around the local area. We found out on the last day. Not a big deal though. The entertainment was excellent and we loved the yoga. Maybe another class a week would be good? The supermarket and pharmacy is very close. There’s a lovely stylish gift shop next door to the restaurant. Lovely restaurants near by to choose from. A great 45 minute walk to the little beaches along a lovely wooden promenade. We look forward to the new improvements close by on the seafront. Excellent bus system across the island that we found easy and very reasonable to use. The lady at reception on night duty that helped us with our jacuzzi issue when it started to spout jets of water out and start to flood our room was quick to respond and help ease the situation. Thank you for making our holiday very special. P.s. the manager and his wife are geniuley good people and are amazing dancers! 💃🕺 I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat. ❤️

My partner and I have just enjoyed the most wonderful week long stay at the Barefoot Hotel in Portocolom. This was our second time here having previously visited in July last year. Our return trip was even better than before with a stunning Oasis room overlooking the beautiful, tropical poolside setting. A huge shout out to Adrian and the brilliant reception team as well as the manager Dominique for their outstanding hospitality, personalised service and immaculate attention to detail. The breakfast and neighbouring Barefoot restaurant are real highlights. We will definitely be visiting again and already miss our holiday very much. Thank you for a magical holiday experience we won't forget ❤️

Awesome hotel, amazing rooms and very kindly staff?

Barefoot hotel in portocolom is well placed near the beaches walking distance and many places to eat around which are open till 11 pm Special mention is the pool restaurant and staff there who took very special care of our vegetarian needs and offered us sautéed Veges and custom made vegetable juices The staff at the pool restaurant counter NEREA was incredible in her service and bent backwards to help Also chef Antonia made Veges for us and made our stay so memorable

Hello, The welcoming service and explanation was very nice and went smoothly. Also we loved the macaron, the first day we thought it will be very nice stay. First bad experience is ants everywhere in the room. Second bad experience toilets smelled very bad. Third bad experience no water added each day. Which we had to buy a bottle of water for 9€ 4€ cost + 5€ service, or we had to go out to buy water which is not possible when everyone is closed. Forth bad experience, the AC does not go below 22 and we were sweating in the roomZ Fifth bad experience several time we call reception requesting something, they say they will do and they don’t. Sixth good experience is the jacuzzi I would give 2 as rating but i have put 3 as a compliment because i was happy with the jacuzzi.
