Caprice Vell Mari Hotel & Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pools were fantastic, especially the spacious outdoor pool and the warm indoor pool. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the bar service throughout the day was equally great. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We travelled with our two-year-old daughter, who absolutely loved the animation team and felt very comfortable playing with them. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely big bed. We also loved how spacious the resort was, with several areas surrounded by trees where you could enjoy a peaceful walk. You could choose a quieter spot to relax or stay closer to the pool and enjoy the livelier atmosphere. What really made this holiday special was how relaxed we felt throughout our stay. We came home feeling genuinely rested, which is exactly what you hope for from a holiday. One of the best trips we’ve ever had as a family. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in very relaxing surroundings.everywhere was clean, staff polite and friendly. We were b&b but did have a couple of evenings meals in the restaurant, good value at 20 euros each, buffet style. The pool and surroundings were well maintained and we always found a subbed when and where we chose -We were here late September/early October so the hotel was not full, I think it might be be a very different vibe at busier times. The hotel is excellent. The food is fresh, well cooked, and excellent taste every meal. The restaurant is peaceful and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The pools are great - lots of room to swim. Plenty of sunloungers. The grounds are lovely - lots of trees and greenery. Everywhere is calm and quiet. Service at the bar is fast - great beer and lots of drinks choice. Recommended. We will be back.

Just returned from a brilliant 6 days at Vell Mari. The rooms are modern and clean with comfy beds and great AC. The grounds were immaculate and everywhere was very clean. We were all inclusive and the choice of food was great: the breakfast spread had anything you could need, Lunch and dinner were also packed with great choices. And the drinks on offer were great. All staff were friendly and helpful, and the girls on the entertainment team were super bubbly and clearly loving their job. It’s located at the far end of Can Picafort, so is a bit of a walk into town, via a lovely promenade - if you’re keen to hit the nightlife, you might need to use taxis. I’d heartily recommend the hotel and would be happy to return.

Came with our 4 month old baby. The facilities were clean and the food was good however despite signage and the pool not opening until 10am, people would come and reserve beds very early in the morning so you either couldn’t get a bed or you couldn’t get a bed in the shade with isn’t suitable with a baby. There was then people arguing over who gets the bed in the shade and who came too early to get the beds. We tried to do the same one of the mornings, but the staff moved our items to lost property, so again we didn’t get a bed in the shade. There is one none smoking area, which is in the middle of everywhere which allows smoking so was pointless as you’d be getting smoke blown over you from both directions so most evenings we had to sit in our room away from the smoke. They have performances on most nights but again, everyone is sat there smoking. Our room was on the back of the complex and right next to the main bus route so was extremely noisey until late with bus drivers sitting outside with their engines on and beeping their horns and then had a short break until starting at 5am every morning again - usually waking our baby up. All in the resort is supposed to be family friendly, but with no beds in the shade and smokers literally everywhere - we wouldn’t come again.
