Hipotels Eurotel Punta Rotja

So many great things to say about this hotel. I honestly don't know how anyone could give this hotel a poor review. We've stayed 8 times, over 6 years and each time in a different room and they've all been of the same size and high standard. The staff are wonderful - professional but very friendly. The rooms are large with big beds which are very comfortable. The food is very good - lots of variety for breakfast (hot food cooked to order, & on the buffet yoghurt, fruit, cereal, meats, cheeses, salads, pastries, toast etc) and dinner (meat and fish cooked to order, loads of delicious salads, fruit, picky bits like olives, bread etc, vegetable dishes, pasta and a wide variety of puddings). The location is the stand-out thing really, away from the resorts but accessible by bus, taxi or little train if you want to explore. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful, wonderful views. The pool is large with several areas. There's always somewhere quiet to lounge and sunbathe. There are 3 or 4 restaurants walkable to the hotel plus a spar shop. There's a few tennis courts, a gift shop, a hairdressers and a spa in the hotel. We've been a few times and we're happy to see some upgrades this year - new loungers and some repairs to tired bits outside. Thank you especially to Luisa who learnt our names very quickly, was very professional and friendly and was very kind and concerned for me one day when I got upset after some bad news.

Exceptional hotel, fantastic location with beautiful views over the sea towards Cala millor

Excellent small hotel in a really nice quiet location. Everything is done really well. Staff (99%) are very friendly. Food is good quality and varied, drinks are good quality. pool area and gardens are really nice. If i had one thing to point out the drinks service at the evening meal can be a bit slow, even when not busy, couple of times left sitting waiting to order whilst staff did other things or had a chat amongst themselves. Took a head waiter to come along and tell them to take the orders.

Once again a trip to Punta Rotja. From the moment we arrive we are relaxed. The location is great if you’re not after nightlife. It’s quiet and relaxing and that’s what we go for.

We have stayed here twice before once with our children 10 years ago and in 2024. We had booked another hotel as we wanted to recce a different part of the island and the reviews of it were outstanding! It wasn’t and we requested TUI to move us back to a favourite Punta Rotja, we wasted 2 days of our 11 night holiday but Punta was our saviour and we had a magnificent time, even better than the previous visits. Peaceful, beautiful, food delicious and so varied and the staff are all very cheerful and welcoming. Our room was newly refurbished and so spacious and quiet on the 7th floor. No sun-bed reserving and plenty of space to relax in peace. A huge thank you to all staff including those who work we have no doubt very hard in the kitchens who provide an outstanding breakfast and dinner each day. This is a real gem and I hope it continues to attract people whom appreciate its uniqueness.
