Blízko pláže, hodně lidí. Krásné čisté moře, pomalu se svažující. Ideální pro děti. Hotel:dobré jídlo, pokoje běžné - je vidět opotřebení. Bazén luxusní. Personál super. Animátoři na jedničku s hvězdičkou. Klidné letovisko.

HSM S'Olivera je velmi pěkný hotel. Všichni lidé, kteří tam pracují, jsou velmi slušní. Pokoje jsou moderní a čisté. Snídaně byla neuvěřitelně dobrá. Tolik možností, také pro vegetariány. Večerní jídlo je také dobré. Čerstvé ryby, maso, dokonce i domácí sushi! . . . Co jsem nevěděl bylo, mnoho lidí z Německa si rezervovalo tento hotel. Byli jsme jedinými Holanďany a Američany v hotelu. Mluvili jsme španělsky s lidmi, kteří tam pracují, abychom cítili, že jste ve Španělsku.

Peguera je německá osada a všechny bary a restaurace se starají o německý vkus. Hotel má vynikající polohu pro pláž a bulvár. Wifi funguje dobře u bazénu a také v pokojích. Pokoje jsou čisté a prostory jsou dobře udržovány. Lůžka nejsou příliš pohodlná a jsou v prvním patře, takže můžete slyšet vše od pokoje na chodbě a na chodbě. Nedostatek lehátek u bazénu, spousta židlí a stolů místo toho, by měla být naopak Hosté mohou kouřit cigarety všude v areálu, bez ohledu na to, kdo jsou nekuřáci. Jídlo bylo v pořádku, po několika dnech se stalo monotónním. Někteří šéfkuchaři měli lepší práci než jiní na svých směnách. Hotel má pouze jednoho animátora a snažila se o to nejlepší. Večerní zábava je velmi omezená. Celkově to byl dobrý pobyt, ale nejsem si jistý, jestli se vrátíme.

Dovolená s Monarchem v červnu 2017, dvě hodiny kyvadlové dopravy na Paguera, žádné informace o návratu zpět, hotel nemohl najít naše jména v rezervačním rejstříku, nicméně oni rozdělili pokoj ve 4. patře (nahoře), Na stížnosti měl pokoj na dolním patře ale klimatizace byla ještě chudá, aby se vyrovnal s teplotou 30 ° C, ne anglicky mluvící personál, všichni Němci, nepřátelští, špatná hygiena, malý bazén, jídlo bylo v pořádku, pláž je do 5 minut chůze, 23 eur daň za dvě při příjezdu, Sejf stojí 50 eur za týden. Firstly I want to say that this hotel is in a great location, spotless clean and food was really good with a great variety to choose from. This is why I have gave it 2 stars. Here’s why I have not gave it more. When booking this holiday and reading reviews we knew it was a German run hotel with mainly German guests but that didn’t bother us but clearly from our first night there it bothered a few members of the hotel staff that we were there, simply because they thought we were English. On our first night at the hotel bar we didn’t realise it was table service only so we took a seat and then I approached the bar when i was told it was table service only. Once this particular waiter came to take our order, my wife ordered her drink, he repeated something completely different so when she pointed to the drink she wanted on the menu he raised his voice and shouted “that’s what I said!” After this he never came to serve us again and as there was only him waiting tables we got up and left. On the third night we again went to the hotel bar and sat at the closest table to the bar where this same waiter saw us sit down but continued laughing and joking with the bartender. After a few minutes he then walked straight passed us to wait on other tables. We sat for a few minutes more so my wife decided to go to the bar for the order when the waiter approached her raising his voice once more, shouting “this is your third night, you know it’s table service!” He then walked past us at least 6/7 times and didn’t serve us. Then another German guest approached the bar he was all nice and took her order so we decided to get up and leave and then that’s when he decided to say he’d take our order. We both said no and that he was rude. He then said have a nice night then. We reported this to I believe the bar manager the next day. He was really displeased this had happened and said the waiter would be spoken to but we never received any apology from the waiter in question. We never went to the bar at night the rest of our stay. Another member of staff, the male member of the animation team when my wife took part in the aqua aerobics on our second day spoke to her, realised she only spoke English then only spoke German and never relayed any instructions to her in English. Thankfully a German guest tried his best to translate it for her. After this, everyday at the pool he walked around everyone asking them to take part in things but walked past us. On our second to last day my wife went to the pool and when putting her towels on the sun beds, he approached her and said she can’t leave them there and if she did they would be removed even though there was several German guests leaving their towels and walking away. Once my wife explained she wasn’t going away he then said “ you English should be in Magaluf, this hotel is for Germans.”Clearly upset my wife then did leave to come tell me what happened. I approached him about this explaining to him that we were not English that we were Irish and it was none of his business where we holidayed. We reported this to I believe the hotel manager/director who was very apologetic but put it down to being a joke. To me being discriminated against which frankly ruined our stay at the hotel no joke.
