We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the centre line of the 2026 total eclipse, and the unobstructed views to the northwest due to totality occurring near sunset. The fact that it is a newly renovated five star establishment was a bonus, or maybe a consolation prize should the weather prove uncooperative on the day! We were not disappointed on either front. Arrival was a breeze, less than an hour from the airport, parking outside the door, and checking in with a refreshing cocktail. Our junior suite on the 7th floor was spacious and comfortable, with sea views from the private balcony. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant had plenty of variety and was of good quality. As vegetarians better labelling of the options would have been helpful as it took a bit of detective work to figure out what was what, but there was lots of choice nonetheless. Every member staff was super-helpful and friendly. Service at the restaurant, pool bar, rooftop bar, etc. were great. There were free activities every day as well. We usually prefer to chill out by the pool, but the wine tasting, and DJs and singers at the rooftop bar were fantastic, with stunning 360 views at sunset into the bargain. When it came to the big event, we were blessed with clear skies. The team cleared the pool area, set up a stage, temporary bars, etc. and provided everyone with complimentary sangria and canapes. The hotel organised a talk from local astronomers, a singer, a fire show, and of course clear views of the eclipse itself hanging low over the horizon before sunset. A magical moment that we'll never forget. All in all, a great trip to a wonderful place. Highly recommended!

Our first holiday together in 8 years since having our kids, this hotel did not disappoint! Fantastic views, beautiful suite, great facilities, good food and in a really pretty location walking distance to restaurants and harbour. Hotel staff were beyond helpful and we enjoyed the evening live music on the roof. The area is not lively but that is exactly what we wanted! It was perfect from start to finish!

Wow, wow, wow... we have stayed in many 5* hotels, this is hard to beat. From arrival a warm welcome, a seat on the sofa to check in with a cool mocktail and beer. Check in by Jelena was seamless and a wealth of information was provided. Our room was available on the 6th floor with a lovely view. The room is good size, lots of storage and plenty of hangers, wonderful shower facilities and nice balcony to chill on with a lovely sea view. The pool area is exceptional, the pool is inviting and warm and lovely to relax in, sunbeds are comfortable and the service round the pool blew us away; we have to give a shout out to Fran, Helena & Thomas; all personable, friendly, efficient and worked their socks off. The little touches made a huge differences, free ice-creams one day, coming round with ice lollies another, live guitarist as you chill out, then another day free cake and sangria and to top it off on our final day a saxophonist by the pool. What a way to spend a relaxing day, with some soft chilled music in the background. Maid service twice a day and the room was spotless always and also left us interesting information. Breakfast had so much choice, a taste and for everyone and evening meal was just as good with fresh grilled fish or meat and the salad selection was wonderful. Welcome from Pedro was great and Ema again was a wonderful waitress and engaging. Evening entertainment on the roof top bar was varied and of a high quality standard; we had the three degrees, a jazz band, a DJ and singer. This again made for a lovely evening. Hotel is of high quality, great value for money, exceptional service and the perfect pick for a relaxed and chilled out holiday where you are totally spoilt. We will definitely return again and highly recommend

Wonderful stay with excellent service , lovely facilities and attention to detail. Gym is high standard and pools lively although not for serious swimmers. You have the crystal clear sea on the doorstep for that. Location was great, tucked on the end of peninsula but just a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Unquestionably a 5 star resort, hotel located on the south east coast of Mallorca Spain. Fantastic staff & accommodations as well as excellent food and service. Complimented by a beautiful pool, exquisite Rooftop Bar and a Magnificent panorama of the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea. Definitely recommended for a European vacation. All of the above is certainly made possible by the excellent staff and dedication to making all guests welcome and comfortable.
