Our stay was lovely from arrival. We were given a lovely welcome,cool flannels as it was very hot and a welcome drink. Everything was explained very well, I downloaded the app as that was the best way to see what activities there were each day, look at menus from the bars and restaurant and also contact reception or the spa. We were then taken to our room, which was amazing. All rooms have a sea view. The junior suite was beautifully decorated with the bed facing the balcony and the sea. The rest of our stay was great. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice. The pool area is beautiful as you are surrounded by the sea and you can alternate between swimming in the pool and sea. I had a spa treatment Dalia who was very friendly and kind and gave a great massage. I felt very looked after by her and her colleague Luminita. I would recommend going to the spa for a treatment. We dined in the restaurant onsite and it was nice, as you could sit outside and watch the sunset. Although there was a mix up and our main course took a long time, which they apologised for. All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly and were always there to help. One of the bar staff was very accommodating with my partners request to watch a specific football match on the TV in the lobby bar area. The bed was turned down each night with a lovely chocolate, lavender and a message/quote which I thought was a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

Unexpectedly great stay! Great central location, with reasonable drive to Santanyi and Cala D'Or, and Palma. Not too far from the airport which is why we chose this for our first night in Mallorca. Clean, modern, well maintained property. Boutique feel with size not too big, warm staff, not crowded (we were at finish of peak season). Shuttle available to Es Trenc beach. Walkable to the water/marina as well as inland for a range of dining and boutiques, easy nice areas to walk around, mix of more locals than tourists which we loved. Breakfast buffet was an added cost but worth it, very large range of options, food tasted quite fresh. Dinners we chose local restaurants, reservations recommended for dinner almost anywhere in this area. Small rooftop pool and large main pool, towels provided, free water refill machines on each floor, rooftop bar, and a range of minor activities throughout the day. Would be a good choice for couples or families, depending on your needs.
