Always a great atmosphere and lovely people. Superb surroundings with lots of flowers and palm trees, creating a wonderful vibe.

Having just returned from another wonderful stay at the Mon Port Hotel in Port D'Andratx, I just wanted to leave a review to thank everyone who made our holiday so memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly departed, the service was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with immaculate gardens, spacious rooms and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere that makes it so easy to unwind. A very special thank you must go to the Hotel Manager, Joan, whose professionalism, warmth and genuine interest in every guest are evident throughout the hotel. It is clear that Joan leads by example, and that positive attitude is reflected in every member of the team. The Restaurant Manager also deserves special recognition. Every breakfast was a pleasure, with excellent food, attentive service and an experience that was consistently first class. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the restaurant was managed with calm efficiency and a welcoming smile. I'd also like to give a well-deserved mention to the female pool lifeguard. She did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly and safely around the pool, always with courtesy, patience and professionalism. She managed the area with quiet confidence while remaining exceptionally polite and approachable—a real credit to the hotel. What makes the Mon Port Hotel so special isn't just the beautiful surroundings; it's the people. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and their friendliness and attention to detail turned a lovely holiday into an outstanding one. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked to return next year—and we can't wait! This now our 7th visit to Monport hotel and we just love it the staff at reception when you arrive just make you so welcome,the staff around the pool area are so friendly the pool area is just so peaceful with lovely well kept gardens and the breakfasts in the morning are just first class. We will definitely be back next year

Not the first time we have been here and that’s because it’s a hotel where you feel so comfortable. The reception staff are lovely and accommodating and very helpful. We didn’t book half board as we like to go out but I know from other guests and when we have eaten here before the quality is still of a high standard. Must to mention the lady who was looking after the pool ( lifeguard amongst other jobs ) she was excellent . Overall the standard and quality of the MonPort hotel is up there.
