Šťastná byla naše třetí návštěva hotelu. . . . Jose - ředitel, má nejúžasnější tým, každý tak vítaný a pohostinný. Nic není příliš velké problémy, je to tak snadné. . . . . Vše, co musíte udělat, je přijet a odpočívat. . . . Jako vždy byl pokoj úžasný s terasou, která nabízí úžasný výhled na krásný bazén a na moře. Snídaně úžasné možnosti výběru a kvality. . . Hotel nabízí klidné útočiště s klidem a soukromí, které se zřídka nacházejí. . . Místo odpočinku a dobíjení. . Kousek pěšky na neuvěřitelnou pláž Es Trenc s křišťálově čistou vodou. MUST je masážní léčba s Raphaelem, který je nejlepší terapeut, který jsem měl po celém světě! Děkujeme všem týmům za to, že náš pobyt je tak příjemný a nemůžeme se dočkat návratu na jaro! !

We spent 3 nights at Villa Chiquita in August 2026 and stayed in a Junior Rooftop Suite for 360€/night. Unfortunately the quality of the room and the hotel itself did not justify this price. The beds in the room were roll-in beds (similar like in a hospital) and not acceptable for a hotel of this category. The rooms in general are in need of a renovation as everything is quite worn down. Around the hotel there were large construction sites for bew apartments being built. In addition, the hotel breakfast was quite disappointing and not very fresh. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel for such a high price and will not return.

This was our first trip to Mallorca and could not have been happier with our stay at Villa Chiquita. The hotel room (rooftop junior suite) was spacious and quiet. We loved having access to the Bali bed on the rooftop. The breakfast offering was plenty and delicious. The reception staff were exceptional and were always happy to help - they booked taxis, recommended restaurants in the town, and arranged for a massage. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Hotel advertises itself as ‘a place where time stops, a place to relax and get away from the daily buzz’. We had a 3-night stay - Wed, Thurs and Fri - in the 3rd floor suite, the most expensive accommodation in the hotel. On both Wednesday and Thursday nights there was a disco on the roof top (immediately above our room) until 2330. The bass made the room vibrate. These events were not promulgated on the hotel’s website (which does state that there will be ‘DJ Session…Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 20:30h - 23:30h.)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything was excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are cozy, relaxing and offer great value for the price, but what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Every member of the staff — from reception to the waiters and housekeeping team — was incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive. From the moment we arrived, the reception team took the time to give us recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Palma, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. The rooftop event on Wednesday was another highlight of our stay. It had such a cozy and relaxed atmosphere and was a lovely way to spend the evening. Then hotel also offered free activities, such as snorkeling with professional divers. The swimming pools are super clean and relaxing, and the service around it is excellent. You can clearly see that the management knows exactly what they are doing. They have created a team of people who genuinely care about their guests and make sure everyone feels comfortable throughout their stay. This is what really sets this hotel apart from the large corporate hotels. Here, you don’t simply feel like another guest but you actually feel at home, surrounded by people who take care of you and make you feel incredibly comfortable. This was our first time staying here, but it definitely won’t be our last. We enjoyed our experience so much that this has easily become one of our new favorite places to stay, and we will certainly be coming back very often. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your amazing hospitality, kindness and professionalism. You made our stay in Palma truly memorable. Highly recommended — a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team and a genuine sense of hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!
