Grupotel Playa Club – Aparthotel

Strávili jsme v tomto hotelu jeden týden - 21.-28.6.2015 a jsme naprosto nadšeni!!! Vynikající mezonetové pokoje, krásně vybavené, včetně kuchyňského koutu, vzorně uklízené, veliký bazén se třemi sektory - pro nejmenší děti, pro větší a pro dospělé. Servis hotelu dokonalý, vše funguje na více jak 100%, snídaně naprosto exkluzivní, včetně nedělního šampaňského! Prostě super!!!! Je to jak vynikající pro rodiče s dětmi, tak pro kohokoliv jiného. Naprostý klid!

This is a great hotel with beautiful well kept gardens. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped, a little dated but that's never a problem on holiday! We had breakfast and the choice was very good, with all tastes catered for - all self service but eggs/omelettes are made to order. Beach/pool towels are free. The outdoor pool is a good size including a children's pool, it got very busy while we were there but it was July, there is a lifeguard and plenty of sun loungers, a nice pool bar too. We tried the indoor pool, which was a decent size and never busy. The area was very quiet, with good restaurants, 2 supermarkets and a gift shop nearby. Beautiful sandy beach, warm shallow sea, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella are 21 euros, these get snapped up very quickly. Lively Marina with restaurants and a shopping centre 15 minutes walk away, and a regular (air conditioned) bus into Ciutadella takes half an hour. There were 11 of us in our party, age range from 6 to 70, and we all had a fabulous stay at Grupotel Playa Club. All the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Super experience. The staff were all extremely friendly & so helpful. Housekeepers, groundskeepers, bar servers, restaurant staff and the entertainment team- all excellent! The rooms were great, they have a kettle & toaster as well as the usual fridge, cooker etc. The pools were fun, having the kid's pool right beside the bigger pool was great, it meant we still felt included in all the action while keeping our toddler happy in the water. One thing I especially liked was the 'reuse' box, it meant we could have different toys & pool props each day so we didn't get bored! A suggested improvement- maybe a waterslide? The food was excellent, fresh, tasty & plenty of choice. We came home full as lords! The hotel is situated at the end of a quiet road with private access to the super beach, we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel & I would return if visiting Menorca again.

This is a great complex. Beautiful,clean and spacious rooms with air con(much needed) comfortable beds,kitchen area and a nice walk in shower. The breakfast is very good. Plenty of variety including fresh fruit,yogurt,cereals,biscuits and pastries and cooked items including a chef to make you fresh eggs. All of the staff were so friendly and polite. The two swimming pools are also very good and so is the gym. Beach and supermarket a 5 minute walk.
