Grupotel Playa Club – Aparthotel

Strávili jsme v tomto hotelu jeden týden - 21.-28.6.2015 a jsme naprosto nadšeni!!! Vynikající mezonetové pokoje, krásně vybavené, včetně kuchyňského koutu, vzorně uklízené, veliký bazén se třemi sektory - pro nejmenší děti, pro větší a pro dospělé. Servis hotelu dokonalý, vše funguje na více jak 100%, snídaně naprosto exkluzivní, včetně nedělního šampaňského! Prostě super!!!! Je to jak vynikající pro rodiče s dětmi, tak pro kohokoliv jiného. Naprostý klid!

Lovely hotel Ideal for beach Good food Good service

Beautiful hotel in a great location, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff couldnt do enough. We did not want to leave.

Stayed here recently for a week Good points Nice grounds Big rooms and 2 huge balconies Good drinks and snack bar We ate in restaurant one night and were really impressed with the food! Supermarkets 5 mins walk away Restaurants 5 mins walk away - Ciao belli was amazing! Good beach but reserve sunbeds early, 21 euro for 2 for the day with umbrella! Loads of watersports from here and very reasonably priced! Bad points It is a very deep pool! It is not a quiet hotel where your rooms are as the maids start at 5am and overall there generally is a lot of clanking of doors! The entertainment was rubbish so gave up on the 3rd night - we were female travellers and heard reviews about the entertainment guy being funny with women - all he said to us one night was do you want to participate! Breakfast didn’t have enough outdoor tables - took us untill the last day of our holiday to get one! Then kids were climbing on the water feature but the parenting of 2026 is non existent, I work with children and see it with my own eyes! They had champagne and salmon one morning - the day we were flying home so that was absolutely pointless to have! The hot food selection is poor - no hash browns just all this cooked vegetable stuff and spicy sausage! Took till day 4 of the holiday for the hotel to have ketchup! The chef made pancakes which were delicious - toasties - fried eggs - omelette fresh but the cheese used in the omelette was far too strong! The ensimadas were lovely - the choc chip especially but make sure you look at it carefully as choc chip was the pumpkin one the other day! They have an indoor pool and sauna etc but you can’t use it in bad weather so I don’t know what the point of it is! The male lifeguard in there was very rude and trying to talk to me in Spanish or something when I said 4 times English English and he said 4 mins after I got into the pool - pool closed I said can I use sauna he said no nothing! Then I’m like where do I get changed I can’t walk thru the hotel wet - it was extremely awkward and such a shame as the female lifeguard around the main pool was lovely and spoke really clear English so safe to say we never went back to the indoor pool but 20 mins after I was basically kicked out of there they were letting other people use it! Absolutely shocking!! Why was it one rule for me and a different rule for others? A rumble of thunder and you close it? Ridiculous The hotel is 15 mins from the marina - which is 5 mins too far from a safety aspect at night really! On the last evening the cockroaches on the balcony were wild!!! The TVs in the apartment were all foreign channels! We have stayed at the tamariscos in previous years and if we come back to Calan Bosch I think that’s the hotel we will be choosing!
