I will try to be constructive The hotel is located by the sea and is certainly a recent build. However, there are several aspects worth pointing out. First of all, the hotel has one pool at the ground floor , and when the hotel is full there aren’t enough sunbeds and spots for all the guests. The sea is very close, but since there’s no private beach you have to get there on your own, and they’re all public beaches, so they’re not equipped with umbrellas. And where these are available, they’re quite far from the hotel. The first evening we had dinner at the restaurant, and after ordering we realized that for three out of four people, no dishes had arrived after more than an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. We pointed this out, and within 5 minutes everything arrived all at once, with apologies from the kitchen. So it’s a hotel with a lot of staff, very young, but they still need experience — in short, very disorganized. Orders often didn’t arrive together, so one person would be eating while the other had to wait. Sometimes dishes simply didn’t arrive at all, as happened at breakfast. There’s no vegetable buffet, and above all, since it’s an à la carte menu, there’s no way to order salads, vegetables, tomatoes, or cucumbers on the side — they’re not included with the main course. I ordered a dish of rigatoni, and they were overcooked. Breakfast has some serious shortcomings, especially the coffee, which is not good quality: the espresso is very, very long and has nothing of an actual espresso about it. There are no jams — maybe one. The fact that the hotel is horseshoe-shaped means that from your balcony you look straight onto the balconies of other guests, so there’s very little privacy. The soundproofing isn’t great either. One point in the hotel’s favour is the cleaning, which is done very well. Apart from that, it’s a hotel with very, very high prices, but without the quality and service that a five-star hotel should offer

The hotel was superb. From everything to the customer service, the attention to detail, the, the facilities, bedding, and friendly staff. We had a gorgeous sea view room and Carmen, the concierge as well as Chele were very attentive in making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It is easy to understand why it is part of The Leading Hotels of the World—every detail, from the service to the accommodations, is truly exceptional. Our experience began even before check-in when I contacted the concierge to arrange an airport transfer and a boat excursion. They responded promptly, answered every question, and made the entire process effortless. Upon arriving in Menorca, our driver was already waiting for us. The transfer was seamless, the vehicle was immaculate, and the driver was professional and welcoming. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt genuinely cared for. Arvie at the front desk greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. We decided to upgrade our room, paying the difference, and it was the best decision we made. The room was absolutely stunning, with direct access to the adults-only rooftop pool and our own private lounge chairs. It felt like a true luxury retreat. The service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. Every member of the pool staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, with special thanks to Antonio and Javier, who made every visit even more enjoyable. The dining experiences were equally memorable. Our first dinner was at La Terraza del Balear, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The gourmet cuisine, paired with one of the most breathtaking sunset views imaginable, made for an unforgettable evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adriana, the sommelier, whose passion for wine and genuine enthusiasm for her work made our visit even more special. We participated in the wine tasting experience, which I highly recommend. Sampling excellent local wines alongside delicious Menorcan cheeses was one of the highlights of our trip. We also dined at NIVI, which offers a more relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere without compromising on quality. The food, service, and views were all exceptional. Breakfast deserves special recognition—it is simply second to none. The selection, freshness, and quality were among the best we’ve experienced at any luxury hotel. The property itself is immaculate. Every corner reflects thoughtful design, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail. Housekeeping was exceptional, and Adriana and Silvia took wonderful care of our room throughout our stay. The concierge also arranged a half-day private boat excursion with Captain Jaime, which became one of the most memorable experiences of our vacation. Cruising through Menorca’s crystal-clear turquoise waters, stopping in secluded coves, and enjoying a picnic with our favorite Menorcan rosé and local cheeses was absolutely magical. Villa Le Blanc deserves every bit of its reputation—and if I could give it 10 stars, I would. While the stunning property and beautiful location certainly impress, it is the people who truly make this hotel extraordinary. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Gran Meliá Villa Le Blanc in Menorca. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location directly overlooking the beach and the sea. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa area with its sauna and hammam, which was a great place to relax. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was simply outstanding, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The staff were also consistently warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. There are, however, two points that significantly affected our experience. The first is the pricing at the lunch restaurant. We don’t mind paying premium prices at a luxury hotel, but the prices felt completely disconnected from the portions served. For example, we ordered razor clams and received only around six pieces for €40. A plate of grilled prawns consisted of just six or seven prawns and cost €70. We only discovered these prices after ordering, and it left us feeling that the restaurant was seriously overpriced. As a result, we didn’t eat there again for the rest of our stay because we were worried about being surprised by similar prices. It’s a shame, because it detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. The second point is that the room felt rather small for the price. We paid just under €1,000 per night, and at that level we expected a more spacious room. Overall, this is a lovely luxury hotel with exceptional service, excellent facilities, an incredible breakfast, and a beautiful beachfront location. If the restaurant pricing were more reasonable and the rooms offered a bit more space for the price, it would easily deserve five stars.
