This was our second visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square in two years, and once again we had a fantastic stay with our family. It is a great hotel in a great location, but what really makes it special is the staff. The entire team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A special thank you to Devang, who was once again fantastic and always so accommodating and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to see him and we really appreciate everything he does for us and our family. I would also like to mention Taha from Food & Beverage, Shubham, Raj, Hashni, Shilpa, Hakeem from Concierge and Shiva. They were all brilliant and made us feel genuinely welcome. There are many other members of the team I could mention, but the whole hotel team deserves recognition for their excellent service and hospitality. Thank you to everyone at DoubleTree M Square for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back again, Insha’Allah! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star service and a fantastic family stay!

One of my go to places with friends for years. Highlights include ability to order delivery from anywhere and it being delivered straight to the room! Big smart tv where you can easily connect your phone to watch netflix/ disney+…etc Super accommodating/friendly staff and location! Special thanks to Abdul Razaq who checked us in for making it a memorable experience the moment we walked in.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights i booked 3 bedroom apartment it was not up to standers the hotel is very old it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel the lobby was always very crowded with non hotel residence its not good for families also the rooms were very dirty and when i checked in three was only one receptionist standing with a kid next to her and when i call the room service no one replies and its worth noting that the location of the hotel is located in a very crowded area
