The level of customer service displayed was remarkable. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and ensure we had a comfortable experience. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the F&B Team (The Spice Tree): Beth, Emelyn, Gubran, Alex, Kala, Shiena, Shilpa, Binita, Raj, Tharuka, Melbeth, Sai, Roshan, and Chef Adrian. They were always attentive and warm,😄courteous, and ready to assist with our needs. We would like to commend Mr. Andrew from the Bellboy Team for his outstanding service. He was consistently helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. His assistance with luggage and his readiness to accommodate our needs were greatly appreciated. His cheerful attitude and dedication to excellent service made us feel welcomed and cared for. Walking into a fresh, clean room during our stay made us feel comfortable and want to return always; hence, a special shout-out to Sashika, Shiena, Paul, and Bholu for maintaining their efforts. This is not our first time staying at the hotel, and we have always received the same level of care and excellent service, which we truly appreciate.✨🏨🌟

Overall experience was PERFECT! Starting from the front office staff who was incredibly polite and helpful specifically Rawan and Yassin and the night shift agent who were very cheerful and polite To the operator, housekeeping and morning breakfast staff Everything is perfectly good Thank u so much for make our stay easy and memorable ♥️
