Doubletree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel and Residences

This is our first time staying with Double Tree and glad we did. Their service and empathy with guests are top notch. Room was spacious. The team serving their guests with smiles on their faces and their courtesy made our stay more beautiful. Some of them deserves a loud shoutout as well for giving us their best service: From Devan and Asim of Front Office Team who helped us get the best room based on our preference. To Mohammed and Nogen if inroom dining team, and Govin of housekeeping who fulfill our room requests. To Samrat in pool area who's very accommodating. To Alex from Breakfast area who made our breakfast experience extra special and went beyond as she made us an alternative coffee since spanish latte wasn't available. Special thanks to everyone, today's our checkout day but definitely not our last.

He was very accommodating, professional, and went the extra mile by upgrading our room, which truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable. His warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a great experience from the very beginning. We would also like to commend Andrew from concierge for his excellent service throughout our stay. He was always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. His knowledge, efficiency, and friendly approach made everything so much easier and added a personal touch to our visit. Overall, the level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The staff’s dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant and seamless stay is truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.
