Taj Exotica Resort & Spa - The Palm Dubai

Stayed at this beautiful hotel on the Palm, Dubai . Excellent experience there once again . Absolutely faultless . Reception is so welcoming with their lovely staff members . Rooms - suites overlooking the huge pool are stunning . Housekeeping impeccable . Restaurants are top class as well. The food in the palm buffet restaurant is varied and excellent . Service there is exceptional and the choices of dishes are extensive . The taj club lounge is also very special as are the brilliant and helpful staff . The recreation team are all very efficient abd enthusiastic about assisting guests around the pool and leisure facilities. There are two lovely tennis courts , a practice golf putting area and a padel tennis court, the gym , spa facilities are also excellent . All in all , a first class experience . Lovely hotel, nice tranquil location, excellent choice of restaurants , fine food , great service , staff all very helpful and friendly . We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would have no hesitation in returning . The hotel management can take great pride on whats on offer at this special hotel on the Palm . Thank you everyone for making our holiday so memorable abd special.

What an amazing experience. As Pakistanis I am so happy with Indian hospitality. Karthika and Zia were fabulous. Some of the best service I’ve ever recieved. Thank you guys will be back.

Located in Palm Jumeireh .. very nice place.. very good customer service.. foods, spa, ambience everything is great. We blindly trust Tata standard.. so it has to be best.. Noman and Saleem are excellent and exceptional resources regarding to hospitality, help, knowledge, customer service, customer care.. I loved all the staffs in kitchen, restaurant, house keeping, front desk, spa etc..
