Krásné ubytování, milá obsluha, dobré jídlo. Hned u krásné a dlouhé písečné pláže. Příjemné recepční Rashmi a Shalika. Moc se nám tu líbilo, vše nám chutnalo a mají tu celkem dobrý výběr nápojů. Pláž je ideální na procházky a koupání ve vlnách. Dokonce jsme viděli želvy na pláži.

We are sue to go in feb 27, I have booked from 12th February to 21st February 27 but need to cut it short to 19th or 20th but it will not allow me to do so. I have sent several emails, tried to call but no response. I am hoping if I put review someone will contact me an assist in changing the booking. If I don't hear from them will have to cancel, which I dont want to do as we want to stay in this hotel and prices have now shot up. I have been trying since August to change it. When I booked it showed we can change the booking if required I booked via Agoda and they cannot do anything as the hotel is ot allowing to make changes

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room facilities, especially the A/C and TV, were not up to standard. The Wi-Fi connection was also weak and unstable. The Front Office service and overall guest experience could have been much better. The hotel environment and surrounding areas also need better maintenance. Overall, several areas require improvement to provide a better experience for guests.

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience. Almost every service was poor, and the overall quality was nowhere near what we expected. The staff service was unsatisfactory, the rooms were not properly maintained, and the cleanliness was also disappointing. The food and other facilities were below standard, and the response to our concerns was not helpful. For the price paid, the service and overall experience were extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sri Lanka.

Kanchana has been very professional, courteous and helpful always. Nothing has been too much for her to do. Always smiling and friendly.
