Fantastic stay! Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed in one of their Superior Rooms (corner unit), which was spacious for 2 of us. Stayed during a warm period in July, and with windows and door to balcony/deck open (cross ventilation) and fan in room felt very comfortable. Hotel location was perfect. Lauterbrunnen was a 4-day home base and launching point for Murren, Wengen, Grindelwald and miscellaneous hikes around the region. Close to train station, the cable car to Grütschalp / Murren, and a grocery store (Coop). Short walk to and through town but felt away from the heavy tourist crowds. Friendly staff. Has an elevator. Laundry machines on-site are a bonus! Great breakfast (included). Dinner in restaurant was great (so good we ate there 2 of 4 nights). Dinner on the patio with views of mountain was wonderful. Lobby has a water dispenser (still and sparkling) , ice and coffee machine/tea available 24/7.

This was our third stay here in 10 years. It has always been outstanding but this visit topped it all. The addition of the machine with ice/water was so appreciated and used frequently, also the water bottle filling spot was handy. Having laundry facilities was a pleasant surprise so we didn’t have to walk to the laundromat. Breakfast buffet was great as always and dinner always good. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! You can’t beat the location either for convenience to transportation.

Very friendly service. And the tastefully decorated surprise cake for my wife's birthday was mindblowing.

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 with three teens. The Silverpeak Apartment accommodated us perfectly and was convenient to dinner options and train station. The facility is clean and updated and staff was friendly. We visited the spa facilities one rainy afternoon and enjoyed that as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights and very much enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lovely buffet on offer. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the dinner offer was also excellent. The comfortable seating in the cool reception area was appreciated, as was tea / coffee / water (still and sparkling) available 24/7. The hotel was very conveniently located within a short walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again.
