Silberhorn

Clean, comfortable with a beautiful view. The down side that takes the hotel from excellent to good, is that the sound proofing is insufficient; can hear people walking around on floor above, TV in the next room, doors closing, snoring. On the upside there is coin laundry for guests to use with drying racks to use in your own room. There is a beautiful garden right beside the hotel that is peaceful for a stroll. Breakfast was included and it was fresh and tasty. FYI there are no face cloths provided and the soap container needs to be squeezed, which might be a problem for anyone with arthritic hands.

Fantastic hotel in great location. It’s on my a short 5 minute walk from the station. We had a balcony room with a view of the valley and Stubbach Falls. The room was really nice with excellent shower and huge bath. The bed was so comfortable after long days sightseeing. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was a large buffet with many options. The staff were wonderful and the nice touch was supplying us with a picnic to go on our last day as we had to leave well before breakfast. So glad we stayed here and would definitely do so again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Silberhorn. The rooms have a modern yet cozy vibe(& would seem to have been very recently renovated). We had 5 rooms for a large family vacation, all with views of the waterfall and valley and it was well worth it. Bathrooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Great shower. The breakfast had excellent variety. Onsite restaurant was also very good and we actually chose to eat dinner there 2 of our 3 nights. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Silberhorn for the weekend 10-12 April 26. Apart from my TV being unable to receive any channels (I didn't miss it to be fair) everything else was very good. From my welcome by the lovely Sandra at reception upon my arrival, to the moment I checked out, I felt welcome, looked after, and that nothing was too much trouble. A lovely 'Happy Birthday' table decoration had been set up on my dinner table on my birthday, and the ladies working in the restaurant were lovely; friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and relaxing. The location is excellent. I intend to return to the area with my son, and will definitely rebook at the Silberhorn. Recommended.

Wonderful stay with the family in spring 2026. The accommodations were even more beautiful in person than they were online. Staff is personable, friendly, and helpful. Lovely reception area with free still, sparkling water, and coffee/tea. Dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent. Our only regret is that our travel plans had us here only one night!
