A beautiful Thai paradise with truly wonderful people ❤️ We’ve just spent two wonderful weeks at La Solaya Khao Lak with our two daughters, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye! La Solaya is a truly beautiful resort, with so much character and charm. What makes it particularly special is its stunning architecture and authentic Thai design. Rather than feeling like a typical modern hotel, it has a wonderful sense of place, with traditional touches, beautiful buildings and a lovely tropical atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Lush, beautifully maintained gardens surround the villas, creating a peaceful and almost magical setting. The swimming pools are immaculate, the beachfront location is stunning, and the views out across the Andaman Sea are simply breathtaking. Everything feels beautifully cared for, and there’s a wonderful sense of space and tranquillity throughout the resort. We particularly loved spending our days relaxing around the pools, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and simply soaking up the atmosphere. It’s a fantastic setting for a family. As beautiful as La Solaya is, what we’ll remember most fondly are the people. ❤️ Anne - What an absolute sweetheart! Anne helped care for our youngest daughter, Rose, after she had an accident, gently cleaning and tending to her grazes on several occasions. She even took the time to contact us personally to offer to come and help again. Such a thoughtful and genuinely caring gesture that meant so much to us as parents. Anne has the most beautiful smile and such a wonderfully warm, compassionate nature. She’s one of those special people who instantly makes you feel welcome and cared for. We understand she’s currently completing an internship at La Solaya as part of her university studies, and we sincerely hope both the hotel and her university recognise what an exceptional young lady they have. She has a natural gift for hospitality, and we have no doubt she has a very bright future ahead of her. Thank you, Anne, for your kindness ❤️ Freddy – Another absolute gem! We genuinely looked forward to seeing Freddy whenever we visited the restaurant, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. He was always so happy to see our family, always smiling and always finding time to stop for a chat. There was nothing forced about his friendliness; he was simply such a lovely, genuine person who made us feel incredibly welcome. Those little conversations and friendly greetings became such a lovely part of our days, and we’ll really miss seeing him! The fantastic poolside team – A huge shout-out to the gentlemen looking after the sunbeds and towels, taking drinks orders and making sure everyone was comfortable. Always cheerful, always smiling, always working hard and always ready with a friendly greeting. They created such a happy, welcoming atmosphere around the pools, and we really appreciated everything they did throughout our stay. In fact, one of the things we’ll remember most about La Solaya is the genuine warmth of the people. There’s something so special about being greeted with a big smile every day and feeling that the staff are genuinely pleased to see you and your family. We’ve made some wonderful memories here over the past two weeks, and La Solaya has been a beautiful place to enjoy our family holiday. Thailand is a wonderful country, but it’s the kindness and warmth of its people that make it truly unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at La Solaya who made us feel so welcome. Top Hotel und Top Service!!!!

Our stay at La Solaya was truly remarkable. Anne, a trainee, greeted us warmly and charmingly, quickly dispelling the travel fatigue. Throughout our stay, Anne and her colleagues were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive and the pool bars offered a fantastic selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed a relaxing spa and wellness experience and highly recommend the treatments at La Vita Sana Spa. After 12 wonderful nights, we’re sad to leave this lovely place and its wonderful people.

We had a stay at La Solaya Khao Lak! The staff were very responsive, attentive and always willing to assist us. Special thanks to Anne, who was very patient and warmly welcomed us even though we checked in late due to our flight. She personally assisted us with our room check-in. Made sure we felt comfortable despite the late hour. We truly appreciated her kindness and excellent service. The villa was beautiful and spacious giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. The restaurant was also great, with its lovely sea view, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall we had an experience and truly appreciated the hospitality of the team!
