Pullman Khao Lak Resort

We spent 2 days and 1 night at the hotel with our family and our two young children, and we had such a wonderful experience! The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is spacious and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for children to play and enjoy themselves. The Kids’ Club was a big hit with our little ones—they absolutely loved it! There is also a large swimming pool with a fun water slide, which kept the kids entertained for hours. We also really enjoyed the restaurant right by the beach. Being able to have a meal while enjoying the beautiful seaside atmosphere was such a lovely experience. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, it was a wonderful 2-day, 1-night family trip. The kids had so much fun, and we parents were able to relax and enjoy quality time together. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families with young children! ❤️

The entrance/lobby makes a welcoming first impression. Deluxe Garden room was spacious and comfortable although mattress a little too firm. The room had a bathtub which is rare to find in standard hotel rooms. Ask for corner room which had partial view of the ocean from good-size balcony. Excellent value in the off-season - weather good but beach closed due to dangerous conditions. The location is a bit further away from main Khao Lak and there’s no shops or restaurants nearby. However, the food at the resort is reasonably priced. One of the best resorts at Khao Lak.

A great hotel with lots to do even in low season. The breakfast was full of choice and the quality was great. Our 3 year old had lots of fun in the various pools and water slides. A special mention to Khun Nan who took very good care of us from our electric buggy drop off to securing parking for our car - awesome service!

It was really great resort with excellent facility but being club Mahindra affiliation, we were expecting some good vegetarian meal options but it was not there.

Jee Ton was great. I woke up with beck pain,but after a 30 minute beck and shoulder massage the pain is all gone. Thank you!
