Pullman Khao Lak Resort

Me and my two friends stayed here recently for 4 nights. The hotels modern, really nice and the staff are lovely. The price for the hotel was really good, we only paid £62 per night for a sea view room. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view! Majority of the time the food and drink were nice, but the ‘italian themed buffet’ was really bad. The only italian item available was pizza and even that was poor quality, we soon walked out and went to a local restaurant. I would say service is quite slow here in the restaurants, even when its not full. The room service was good though. I would recommend!

Beautiful resort with everything you need. Spacious rooms with great amenities and air conditioning! Friendly staff that can support all your needs. The free shuttle to the markets was a great trip out, and the other tours that can be arranged by the hotel were great. The onsite shop and art gallery was worth a visit. The seamless transition from breakfast to pool to lunch by the beach, cocktails in the afternoon to dinner demonstrated the care taken to provide every aspect of your day. Shout out to Jee Mol for taking such great care of the family at the Plai restaurant.

We liked it a lot. But parking lot is a bit far from the hotel and if it rains the terrain in parking lot gets terrible. Breakfasts are good. Gym and sauna are awesome. Staff are very helpful. Thank you..

The service and accommodation were very nice, and all the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. The resort facilities were excellent, especially the fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Georgia, and to the bellboy (I’m sorry I forgot his name) who was very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a beachfront villa! The villa was incredibly spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and excellent pillows that made for great sleep.Having our own nice, private pool made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. A special shoutout and thank you to the friendly bellman (whose name we unfortunately missed!). He was always greeting us warmly with a smile and happily giving us rides back to our room throughout our stay. The breakfast spread felt a bit boring with limited choices. Expanding the variety would make the morning dining experience much better. The pastries served were delicious and top quality! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the warm hospitality. Thank you to the team for making our trip memorable :)
