Pullman Khao Lak Resort

We liked it a lot. But parking lot is a bit far from the hotel and if it rains the terrain in parking lot gets terrible. Breakfasts are good. Gym and sauna are awesome. Staff are very helpful. Thank you..

The service and accommodation were very nice, and all the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. The resort facilities were excellent, especially the fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Georgia, and to the bellboy (I’m sorry I forgot his name) who was very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a beachfront villa! The villa was incredibly spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and excellent pillows that made for great sleep.Having our own nice, private pool made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. A special shoutout and thank you to the friendly bellman (whose name we unfortunately missed!). He was always greeting us warmly with a smile and happily giving us rides back to our room throughout our stay. The breakfast spread felt a bit boring with limited choices. Expanding the variety would make the morning dining experience much better. The pastries served were delicious and top quality! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the warm hospitality. Thank you to the team for making our trip memorable :)

We really love this place. We live in Phuket and come to the Pullman Khao Lak two or three times a year to rest and relax. The rooms are excellent and spacious; even the most basic one is perfectly suitable for a family with a child. The breakfasts are excellent and offer plenty of variety! The grounds are lush and green, with a kids’ club, a children’s pool with slides, and plenty of shade where you can escape the sun!

Excellent facilities, location far north Khao Lak (30 min to Khao Lak) with limited shuttle availability which is ok if you are just wanting to stay at the resort. Buffet dinners did not match descriptions. Limited Thai food options which was a bit disappointing. No interconnecting rooms.
