Good and comfortable hotel, but stuff needs an extra reminder on cleaning rooms and removing dust from air conditioners. First time we moved in AC was covered with dust and glasses in the room was dirty. Also would be useful to have mosquito net on windows.

Lovely spacious clean rooms, wonderful facilities, pool etc. Beach just down the road! We love to return at least once a year to relax.

the billing practices are very dishonest and not 5-star standard. When we checked in, no one told us the minibar costs money, and there was no price list. Every day, housekeeping refilled the drinks without us asking. Because it is a 5-star hotel, we thought it was a free service. At checkout, they surprised us with a huge bill for items we never ordered. Front desk is very unprofessional and blamed us for everything that happened on our stay. They also charged us an extortionate £50 (over 2,000 THB) for one tiny bag of laundry without telling us the price beforehand when we called reception. When we complained, the manager just said it is "standard service." Fleeing tourists are trapped into paying right before their flights. If you stay here, do not touch anything in the room unless you want a massive surprise bill at the end. Total scam tactics.

Since 2025, we have been chasing a THB 5,336.11 refund from Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket – which was deducted from my wife’s card without our consent or knowledge. The hotel allegedly tried to refund the money to an old card and thus it failed, so the hotel requested replacement bank details, which we supplied immediately. The re-attempt to refund the money was again allegedly processed against the original old card, so again we have not received the funds. The hotel says it’s bank processed the payment not them, so they cannot “pay a bill twice”, despite the fact we still are without funds. The franchisee has been made aware of this, so has Head office in the USA, with no acknowledgement and with our latest deadline passed without payment. I would never book with this hotel group again - taking money without authorisation and not returning it is appalling and would warn anyone considering staying with them. All of this can be backed up by emails.

We had such a great experience on our holiday and a huge part of this was because of the fitness classes and our three amazing instructors: Nan, Mo and Yuhan. Nan was incredibly fun, kind and patient. He explained each activity really clearly, especially when we were trying something new. For example, during Thai boxing, he explained each technique so thoughtfully and made sure we felt confident in it. This helped us to learn quickly and progress so much, which is something we really valued Mo was very encouraging, attentive and energetic. He made the lessons so fun and enjoyable by adding some competitiveness whilst making sure the sessions were suitable for all abilities which we really appreciated. Yuhan was always so kind, attentive and energetic. We had Yuhan for many different classes, and he was so fantastic at adapting each session to make it feel personal to us. He was always very encouraging and also made us laugh. He added a lot of variety to each session and gave us great recommendations and tips for things to see and do in Thailand. He consistently went out of his way to make sure we were having the best holiday! All three instructors made our holiday so enjoyable, and we are very grateful for all the effort they put into making every session so memorable and fun! They had such a large and positive impact on our holiday and we are very grateful to tnem.
