The Hotel is listed as a 5 Star accommodation/Hotel. I would struggle to give 2 stars!! 99% of the staff were very unfriendly. Floors were not hoovered for days. The whole place could do with a good make over, handles in the lift loose, lights in the lift not working. It was hit and miss whether you got a both towel or bath sheet. I would have thought for a 5 star hotel that the whole service would have been much better. If you are thinking of staying here, good luck in getting a Sunbed unless you are an early riser, normally all gone by 7:30! There is an indoor pool, however this is closed! 3 restaurants, however one only opens in winter! The à la carte restaurant save your time, limited food choice and will have to wait for a refill on your drinks, more like a busy toby restaurant. Our experience of a 11 day stay was actually put on a bad foot from the greeting at reception on arrival, yet again unfriendly and very non informative.

Today I would like to talk about one of the staff members working there. I have only words of praise regarding the hotel itself and our stay, but those aspects can be found in other reviews. I hope this hotel sees this review and considers giving a salary increase to the gentleman who served us for 7 days, both at breakfast in the morning and at lunchtime. He is a very attentive, hardworking, and sociable man. He remembered his guests, their preferred tables, and what each person drank. I have never seen someone more dedicated and faster in their work. Before our glass of water was even finished, he was already refilling it. He is the best employee we have ever encountered. He deserves to be more than just a waiter. His name is Walid Ben Abdull (I hope I have spelled it correctly). We would like to sincerely thank him once again.

The hotel is very relaxing the room is lovely and clean and with 3 of us sharing a room we also have 3 proper beds which has been amazing and we have slept well ! There are a couple of things that for a five star hotel could be improved on like the mini bar only offering water and the lack of alcohol choice also not running out of tonic water also lack of snacks such as nuts crisps etc - however 1 of us travelling is gluten free and 1 meat and fish intolerant the staff have bent over backwards for us offering lots of veggie and gluten free products - I can honestly say the staff here are wonderful - from the happy smiling Arbi who greets us every morning and lunchtime to Aymen who brings the gluten free bread and the lovely ferjani they have truly made our holiday a better stay - the cleanliness is of high standards and the reception staff have also been so friendly and helpful looking forward to returning again !!!

Lovely welcome from reception & offered a premium suite which was lovely & spacious with nice views. Restaurant food was nice & staff very friendly & attentive ( especially lofti). Pools were great with plenty of space & options. Definitely need more sun loungers & parasols ( it was extremely hot) & only way you get a sun lounger is get up at 6am. The main downside for this lovely 5* hotel is the bar. We had to put a complaint in as we kept getting told no mojito till later, but other guests seemed to be getting them. It was addressed by reception & we had no more issues getting them ( even tho we felt the bar person didn’t handle the situation afterwards in a professional manor) Also getting served in plastic glasses inside the bar was a big let down both for cocktails & lager. We felt the majority of the team on the bar didn’t really seem to want to be there & service with a smile was not the best. Shame as the team throughout this lovely hotel were a great asset even the pool attendants where always happy to say hello & help you try & find sun loungers.
