Radím vám se tomuto hotelu vyhnout obloukem!! Hotel má pouze malé plus za celkem pěkný pokoj a chutné jidlo, jako katastrofu považuji bar a pití, vše nalivali do malickych papirovych kelimku na espresso🙈 pivo spise nebylo nez bylo, drinky hruza a chovani personalu na jedinem baru pro cely hotel bylo dost otravene a bez baksise ani kostku ledu nedali😡 u bazenu denne neporadek a odpadky, plaz je hnus, v pisku sut a sklo😡 hotel neodpovida rozhodne ctyrem hvezdam

Zdravím ,pobyt od 21.7.23-1.8.23 dva dospělí a syn 1,5 roku. Po příjezdu na hotel v půl deváté večer jsme čekali do půl dvanácté na pokoj 😡. Pokoje okey jen klima občas zlobí a na pokoji nejsou lednice jen jakási vinotéka která má udržovat teplotu nápoje(to jsem v žádném hotelu v Tunisku nezažil). V Hotelu je slabá klima a v restauraci je opravdu horko . Jídlo okey ,ale bar je katastrofa (funguje jen jeden v hotelu) pivo studené jinak vše teplé (cola ,Fanta ,Sprite , víno , a dva druhy tvrdého chlastu ) vše rozlévají do 2dc kelímků a když máte štěstí dostanete kostku ledu, voda v láhvi rovněž teplá (kupovali jsme si chlazenou v místním obchodě)🤣. Ani jediný den nebylo k snídani čerstvé pečivo, bagety i housky jsou tvrdé jak beton . Pláž je další průser vzdálená je né 350m jak píše CK ale 500m musíte jít mimo hotel po vyprahlém chodníku nebo čekat na kočár který táhne zubožený kůň. V Hotelu byl nepořádek (všude se valí prázdné plastové láhve, stoly špinavé) .Na pláži je opáskovaná asi 50m část pro hotel zbytek okupují místní v plážových stanech. Bar na pláži je chatrná bouda jen s teplým nealkem (pivo za poplatek). V písku a v moři je plno bordelu a suti a dokonce skla . personál je protivný a bez nálady (vše je obtěžuje , personál restaurace je super 👍, nejhorší je pán který mění peníze na recepci , třikrát mě vyhodil ať přijdu zítra že ho to nezajímá) Hotel vám určitě NEDOPORUČUJI, určitě to není 4* hotel taková horší 3* a to i na Tuniské poměry.

We stayed for 7 nights, first time in Tunisia, 2 x families with 3 kids. Cons: We arrived late at night, and were not impressed with the first impressions; our room felt very cold & unwelcoming; cupboard doors hanging off, AC not working properly, mouldy shower head, tap in sink and shower covered in limescale, toilet flush broken - not the best welcome. Our friends had the same experience with their room. I have to say, when we flagged it to management the same night, they found us 2 new rooms. They were still very outdated, but didn’t have the issues the first room did so we accepted the exchange. The rooms do not have any toiletries, just one soap dispenser in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - never known this in any hotel I have stayed at across Europe, Asia, Africa…so bring your own toiletries! The room was cleaned every day, but not to the standard I would expect. They mopped, but no hoover so the dirt and rubbish is pushed around in to corners. And I know the toilet wasn’t cleaned as the label was left behind it for most of our stay. The night we arrived, I noticed towels left on loungers at the main pool area, this was at 11pm. I asked the manager why that’s allowed, he said they can’t do anything as people argue and complain, so they let them leave them. Madness! Management that cannot even enforce their own policies, never known it. Surely they need to remove towels to at least clean the pool area ready for the next day?! The snack bar is chaotic, takes forever for staff to turn tables over, then forever to take your order, and they can’t even take drinks orders so you have to queue separately for that and bring back to your table. Food isn’t that great either. Food in general was not good, very repetitive. Themed nights had one or two themed dishes, if you’re lucky. Meat dropped into vegetarian dishes, utensils cross contaminated - I know this is a people problem, but I’d expect staff to monitor and rectify quickly. Entertainment nights were not great, they never started on time and left us waiting, and they did not live up to expectations. All inclusive cocktails were very limited, not the usual long list you’d get in other hotels, they only had around 6 options. The lounge was closed, when asked why, we were told it’s because there were too many kids so they closed it off. We asked for it to be opened as it’s included in our package, the manager said she will open it the next day, but instead they started renovations on it. We got the massage package - spa is very outdated, not the relaxed atmosphere I’d expect. The hammam felt rushed, I’ve had one before in Morocco which was amazing. This did not live up to expectations. The couples massage was nice, but the 2 masseuses kept talking to each other, which ruined the experience. The hydro massage and facial were lovely. But I have had many spa experiences in different countries, this was probably the worst, as for me it’s the whole experience, before, after and during….it should be relaxing, calm and tranquil, this unfortunately was not the case. We were told on check out day that a shower room would be available to us as our flight was in the evening, my husband asked a very rude man in reception at around 5.30pm if he could use it, and was told it closes at 5pm! Pros: Bar staff, restaurant staff, animation team - are lovely, they would go out of their way to make our experience special. Kids loved the slides, the foam and pool parties were amazing! The main pool was lovely, very clean - the communal areas were constantly being cleaned by the hardworking cleaners, in excessive heat. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves due to the staff, weather, and other people we met, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel, barely a 3 star. I am actually surprised that TUI have endorsed this hotel. I will definitely not be returning.

The waiting staff were first class, always very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to pool bar waiter, Haychek. The entertainment team were very good at interacting with people and the children's disco in the evenings was a particular highlight for us. The rooms were clean, with plenty of space and the air-conditioning everywhere indoors was excellent. Overall the holiday was great value, and there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available at the hotel, which was important for us. The location was good, we were able to get a local bus into Monastir outside the hotel. Very family friendly place.

We just returned from vacation. I'm very impressed. The hotel is family-friendly. The staff is excellent; they work very hard, but I didn't see a single complaint. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The rooms were clean, cleaned daily. The food was delicious, and everyone could find something for themselves. There's something interesting going on every day. The entertainment staff was excellent. The reception was excellent. Everyone was excellent. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
