Radím vám se tomuto hotelu vyhnout obloukem!! Hotel má pouze malé plus za celkem pěkný pokoj a chutné jidlo, jako katastrofu považuji bar a pití, vše nalivali do malickych papirovych kelimku na espresso🙈 pivo spise nebylo nez bylo, drinky hruza a chovani personalu na jedinem baru pro cely hotel bylo dost otravene a bez baksise ani kostku ledu nedali😡 u bazenu denne neporadek a odpadky, plaz je hnus, v pisku sut a sklo😡 hotel neodpovida rozhodne ctyrem hvezdam

Zdravím ,pobyt od 21.7.23-1.8.23 dva dospělí a syn 1,5 roku. Po příjezdu na hotel v půl deváté večer jsme čekali do půl dvanácté na pokoj 😡. Pokoje okey jen klima občas zlobí a na pokoji nejsou lednice jen jakási vinotéka která má udržovat teplotu nápoje(to jsem v žádném hotelu v Tunisku nezažil). V Hotelu je slabá klima a v restauraci je opravdu horko . Jídlo okey ,ale bar je katastrofa (funguje jen jeden v hotelu) pivo studené jinak vše teplé (cola ,Fanta ,Sprite , víno , a dva druhy tvrdého chlastu ) vše rozlévají do 2dc kelímků a když máte štěstí dostanete kostku ledu, voda v láhvi rovněž teplá (kupovali jsme si chlazenou v místním obchodě)🤣. Ani jediný den nebylo k snídani čerstvé pečivo, bagety i housky jsou tvrdé jak beton . Pláž je další průser vzdálená je né 350m jak píše CK ale 500m musíte jít mimo hotel po vyprahlém chodníku nebo čekat na kočár který táhne zubožený kůň. V Hotelu byl nepořádek (všude se valí prázdné plastové láhve, stoly špinavé) .Na pláži je opáskovaná asi 50m část pro hotel zbytek okupují místní v plážových stanech. Bar na pláži je chatrná bouda jen s teplým nealkem (pivo za poplatek). V písku a v moři je plno bordelu a suti a dokonce skla . personál je protivný a bez nálady (vše je obtěžuje , personál restaurace je super 👍, nejhorší je pán který mění peníze na recepci , třikrát mě vyhodil ať přijdu zítra že ho to nezajímá) Hotel vám určitě NEDOPORUČUJI, určitě to není 4* hotel taková horší 3* a to i na Tuniské poměry.

I am shocked that this hotel is rated 4 star, this is a 2 star hotel, which is fine but should be marketed as such. The room was beyond basic and quite dirty. The balcony was plastic furniture, the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling, the toilet was cracked, the drain STANK, ants seemed to appear in the room in the bathroom and bedroom for no reason and the front door had a hole in it. The cleaning service was every day but they often didn’t replace towels, twice we had to go and ask for new towels and we were only there 5 nights. Food was decent in variety but flies were EVERYWHERE and there was no cover for the food so it was quite disgusting. The restaurant was also far too small for the amount of guests, which was shocking as we went outside of school holidays so i hate to think what it would be like in peak times. You queued for food for ages and guests were pushing past you to get in front of you and the staff did not help make it orderly. They also didn’t replenish food fast enough so if something ran out your options became limited. We also often waited for plates and bowls to be restocked meaning we were sat at our table not able to eat dinner at all waiting for plates. The drinks options are breakfast lunch and dinner were limited and often no staff came to get us drinks so we would have a full meal with no drinks. The pool was good, no rush for sunbeds which was nice and plenty of umbrellas and trees if you wanted shade. The pool bar only had one staff member working so you always queued for a while for drinks. They ran a free transfer to the beach which was nice but it was only about a 2 minute walk so quite unnecessary to be honest! The beach had enough sunbeds and umbrellas for free with the hotel and the sea was beautiful and clear. The beach bar only offered soft drinks but the barman was very attentive and delivered drinks to your sunbed. Ultimately it was a cheap holiday so it isn’t the end of the world but this is not a 4 star hotel and needs serious cleaning and updating.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean but dated . The restaurant was awful, it was like a cattle market ( the actual food was not too bad) . If you went in after 7pm everyone was pushing and shoving to get to food. I used the spa , complete waste of money worst Turkish bath I have ever had and massage was terrible, don’t waste your money .

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL — THE 4-STAR RATING IS MISLEADING. TUI Suneo Palm Beach Skanes Calling this a 4-star hotel is laughable. In fact, even the TUI rep told us there are better 4-star hotels in the area — and went as far as saying that a 3-star hotel down the road was better than this one. When even your own holiday company representative is telling you that, you have to wonder why this is being sold as a 4-star experience in the first place. The problems start before you even get inside. The area immediately around the outside of the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, and personally, we didn't feel particularly safe walking around it. It certainly doesn't give you the impression of arriving at a quality 4-star resort. The rooms are tired, outdated and poorly maintained. The armchairs are tatty, dirty and falling apart. The plastic chairs have been painted in an obvious attempt to make them look presentable, but the legs are rusty and look like they belong in a scrapyard, not a supposedly 4-star hotel. There are mismatched handles, very little storage, dirty light fittings and ants in the wardrobes. Then there's the service — or lack of it. There simply aren't enough staff. Don't expect someone to come to your table and take your drink order. Want a drink? Get up and go to the bar yourself. We also witnessed staff arguing in full view of customers. Completely unprofessional and certainly not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The food is another massive disappointment. Tasteless and barely warm at best. Breakfast involves ridiculous waits — around 20 minutes just for eggs. We even tried the snack bar thinking, surely this food will at least be hot. Nope. Still lukewarm. The evening grill is another complete shambles. The queues are huge, people pile their plates ridiculously high, and the food disappears within minutes. The amount of food being wasted is unbelievable. Some guests take far more than they can possibly eat, leaving huge amounts behind. It's incredibly frustrating to watch, especially when you're standing in a long queue waiting for food yourself. Some guests are also rude, inconsiderate and obnoxious, making an already poor experience even worse. For a hotel advertised as 4-star, this place falls seriously short. Tatty furniture. Dirty armchairs. Rusty chairs. Ants. Staff arguing in front of customers. Poor service. Not enough staff. Lukewarm food. Long queues. Massive food waste. And remember — the TUI rep actually told us that a 3-star hotel down the road was better than this one. That alone should tell you everything. If you've got this hotel booked, seriously think twice before going. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.
