Me and my partner went mid october so out of season. The weather was very warm and we didn’t expect much since we were driving out of season. The entertainment team were great! They did face painting, bingo, quiz nights, they had a free party bus to a local club. There are 2 pools - a quiet one and a busier one near the restaurant and entertainment, both have free floaties/water guns etc. The only downsides were the pools were very cold and the rooms were a little dirty and damaged (blanket had a blood spot on and bed and sofa were ripped). Housekeeping lady and all restaurant staff were lovely and clearly enjoyed their jobs. There is a hotel cat called Osman and they do allow you to feed him at meal times. The buffet was a bit repetitive, it was the same main foods each day with some small additions each dinner time. There was always something for me to eat even as a picky vegetarian- they had chips, mash potatoes, pizza, salad, fruit, bread, vegetable noodles, roasted vegetables and spaghetti with a sauce on the side. Other things that were rotating were okra curry, fish, cottage pie, risotto, sushi, burgers. If you get fed up of the buffet they do have a different restaurant on site that’s not included in the all inclusive. They also have a small shop, tattooist, spa, hair dresser and jewelers in the hotel. There was a big choice of free drinks and cocktails. You can ring a bell outside the hotel for a taxi to the beach and a free shuttle buss does run on week days. Theres a big and cheap supermarket next door for snacks and water (the hotel did provide a big bottle in the room for free upon arrival). It’s a beautiful area with plenty to do and we will definitely be back. We got the ferry across to Rhodes for the day and we went horse riding at a ranch and to a shooting range (within walking distance). These were all booked with getyourguide for a very cheap price. We recommend the golden sands beach as everything is free- surfboards/Canoes and a swing for photos. We also recommend the Taj Mahal for an indian meal.

Krásný hotel, velice milý personál obzvlášť číšník Ali, který se velice pěkně o nás staral každý den. Program hotelu byl též každý den zábavný. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni a tento hotel doporučuji navštívit.
Hotel a pokoje jsou krásné, večerní atmosféra také super každý den nějaká akce, drinky výborné, hlavně co tu mají dokonale je jídlo opravdu výborné tady vaří. Obsluha se o všechny výborné stará. Číšník ALI se o nás celý pobyt výborně staral opravdu tu vše bylo krásně .
Had an amazing 10 days here. The staff really make this hotel stand out. Everyone was welcoming. The food was good, always something different each day, the desserts were amazing. The other guests were great. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels - even when we forgot to press the switch on. Room was spacious but we had the larger double room with the sofa bed. The 10 pound shop is great and the lady who runs it is lovely and not at all pushy. Got some great bargains in there. Mevlut in the restaurant got us seated every night and provided great service, always remembering our drinks order and going the extra mile. Murat (I think he was called) at the pool bar was fab and, of course, the entertainment team were amazing. They work so hard and brighten the place up. Big love to Wanda, what an amazing, beautiful and friendly lady - a little ray of sunshine! Would return in a heartbeat. Hopefully see you all again next year ❤️
