Rixos Premium Göcek

V hotelu jsem byla poprvé v říjnu 2018 a vrátila jsem se v květnu 2019. Se sestrou jsme se vrátily především kvůli fantastickému prostředí, což je hlavní devizou tohoto resortu. Hotel je opravdu klidný, protože je zaměřen na dospělé. Jen občas ruší zvukové zkoušky večerních kapel - hodinu a půl mi přijde opravdu hodně a buben byl slyšet po celém resortu. Oceňuji, že večer hraje živá kapela a končí o půlnoci, aby měli lidé klid. Pokoje jsou prostorné, úklid v pořádku, fantastická kvalita kosmetiky,v krajních pokojích bohužel ruší klimatizační jednotky - je třeba nějaké zvukové izolace, bohužel nebyl pravidelně doplňován minibar, museli jsme 3x urgovat na recepci - alkohol nepijeme, šlo nám pouze o jednu plechovku koly. Obecně servis trochu slabší, personál nezdraví, v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu jsem většinou zvyklá na více úsměvů, v bufetové restauraci si nás pak často po dobu jídla nikdo nevšimnul a my tak neměly po celou dobu co pít- a to jsme chtěly pouze vodu!!!!Jídlo je chutné, dostatečný výběr, je však nutné zlepšit úklid bufetové restaurace - podlaha nebyla za celý týden řádně setřená, takže lepila a fleky na polstrování křesel, které tam byly v říjnu, jsme v květnu opět našly. Nikdo to nepere - FUJ!!!! Pláž je fantastická, stejně jako bazén se slanou vodou, cesta lodí na pláž je zážitkem a opravdovým bonusem je výlet lodí s koupáním na 3 místech, který je jednou za pobyt v ceně. Doporučuji také návštěvu spa, Bali masáž vynikající a chválím, že mager spa od října zlepšil své chování, nyní nebyl tak arogantní jako minule. Manager rstaurace přislíbil, že stav v restauraci změní - uvidíme. Celkově Rixos nabízí fantastickou dovolenou v jedinečném prostředí, ale k dokonalosti něco málo chybí. Nicméně se ráda vrátím a mohu vřele doporučit

We have just returned from our 5th visit to the Rixos, staying as a family of 4 in a family suite. Once again, we had a great time and hopefully we will be back again next year. We love the Rixos because of the location, the hotel itself and the staff. The location is beautiful and we will never grow tired of the water taxi to the secret beach each day. The hotel we love as it is not huge and so there is no queueing for sun beds, the buffet or anything which makes it a relaxing holiday. The individual houses for the rooms are pretty and much better than huge room blocks found in other all inclusive hotels. However, it is the staff that what makes this place and holiday for us. The majority work very hard and genuinely look pleased to see us and look after us. Our best friends at the hotel and those that we were very happy to see again were Ali, Elif, Mustafa, Ebrar, Tutku, Beycan and Anil. These staff members are very friendly and hard working. I think that they are the main reason that we return each year. Good staff are always hard to replace but I am pleased to say that there are some new staff members that have the same attitude and work ethic as those above and so I would like to mention Perihan, Umut, Hasan (lifeguard), Charity, Esin as well as Joshua and Rhonnie on the beach. Our room throughout the week was also very well cleaned by Fadime - in fact we could not find fault the cleanliness of our room all week. Hopefully we will be back again next year, but we have our concerns. Firstly, we know that the hotel is under new ownership. We have heard that there will be a refurbishment and the new rooms, one of which is complete are going to be stunning. But this usually comes at a cost. We are also fearful that standards will drop. We noticed a few small things this year which we hope are not a sign of things to come. All the bars now have syrup used for the drinks instead of fresh fruit. There were no ‘taster’ cocktails handed out at the beach as we have had before and the hotel doesn’t seem that keen to run the sunset cruise or beach party regularly which have been highlights of holidays in the past. But most importantly the service at ‘Peoples’ restaurant in the evening has gone downhill. Usually one of our favourites Elif runs this restaurant and we don’t have to wait for anything. Orders are taken quickly, drinks are filled regularly and we are really well looked after. This time we regularly had to ask for drinks and for our orders to be taken. Some of the younger staff members didn’t look like they wanted to be there - not the usual smiling faces that we have become used to. This was disappointing and not the level of service that we have become accustomed to. Overall we still love the Rixos and I am sure that we will be back next year for a 6th time. It is a beautiful place and ticks many of our boxes. But of course we will be looking at reviews on Facebook and Tripadvisor to ensure that the standards remain.

As returning guests we have found the hotel as good as previously experienced absolutely fantastic.

Our third stay ( Mother and daughter) in two years and just as wonderful as before. This is an exceptional hotel, in a stunning position and with the most wonderful staff. All our holiday needs were met - our only little issue was we felt the restaurants were charging too much this year ( although ut could be the exchange rate) - we paid £30 extra per head for the Italian ( which was superb) and had wanted to try the Japanese but that worked out at £50 extra a head. Sadly too much for us. We did splurge on the Cabanna though and again we felt the prices had gone up - but what a special experience. Going back in September with my partner so that says it all. Thank you.

This is a lovely relaxing hotel. Adults only with an amazing secret beach, with a free boat trip. I however preferred to stay by the pool and be looked after by Tutku our lovely waitress . Nothing was too much trouble she was helpful , professional and very attentive. Always said hello and recognised us in the morning. Also thanks to Esia in the evening who was also amazing. Restaurants good quality and very civilised with no screaming children. Pool lovely and we had a lovely room service breakfast for our anniversary. Definitely would return.
